I'm Mexican and have been a resident of East Boston for over 20 years, we have many restaurants that claim to serve Mexican food, well for the first time I had a true Mexican meal, the food was really good, the pescadillas were delicious, the pozole one of the best I ever had in my life including Mexico, the birria tacos were the bomb!, the cajeta stuffed churross with ice cream were incredible. Blanca y Gerado were incredibly nice, the service was great and they are super friendly, Gerardo checked on us several times to make sure everything was of our liking, could not do enough for us! He also told us that they are in the process of getting a liquor license which usually takes a long time, so for the time being no Margaritas or beer, but the food is so good I do not care plus the horchata was awesome, and serves Mexican Coca-cola!

Read moreAfter 3 months in Boston, searching high and Low, this Texan has found some decent Mexican food! We had(get ready because we went crazy lol) the Posole, a chimichanga, some tacos, the guacamole and a burrito. All were delicious! The posole was so good! The meat was tender and the hominy was just right! They serve it with all the fixings! The chimichanga was chicken with rice and beans inside. It was crispy and huge. The tacos were on soft fresh corn tortillas and the meat was tender and spiced just right! The guacamole was sooo good! Very well made! Same with the burrito. Our server was so kind, answered the few questions we had and stayed on top of our request! She was fantastic! My friend tried their different salsas, and said they were hot and delicious! This quaint little spot is now one of favorites here! It's the closest thing to being back in Texas(I said close) I recommend this little spot for anyone wanted some authentic Mexican dishes while here in...

Overall Experience: 4/5. After eating here multiple times, every single dish has been great, with flavors that suggest they actually made most (if not all) of the dishes from scratch. They even serve breakfast. Most importantly, the service is always friendly and welcoming - you'll definitely want to return again and again.
