I also had the pleasure of meeting their event coordinator Ale’ who not only amazingly talented, but she also stepped in to lend a hand when I was frantically trying to set up the buffet table—she is an angel, and I can’t wait to work with her and their team in the future.

We worked with Kenny to help us run a fully hybrid event for our organization. This was the premiere conference for us, the culmination of 6 months of work after our company launched in June. High stakes! We had about 40 participants (including high level clients and 9 presenters) in person at the conference facility and about 100 people (including high level clients and 3 presenters) dialed in through Zoom for an 8 hour conference. We had to make sure that the people dialed into the webinar got a clear audio and video feed, and were able to see and hear both the presenter in the room as well as get the video feed with the powerpoint presentations. We also needed to make sure that the people online could actually participate as well. Several of the presenters were remote, so we needed to have them show up in the conference room on the screen and show up for everyone on zoom as well. It was a complicated set up but it was pulled off FLAWLESSLY by Kenny and his team. Kenny was responsive from the moment I first reached out to him and he continued to provide excellent service throughout the planning process. He told me with confidence that they would do a good job for us and he didn't disappoint! He knew this was make or break for our company and he rolled with our last minute requests and changes right up until the event kicked off. It was awesome and we got great reviews from people both in the room and those dialed in, who said it was pretty seamless and impressive that they were able to participate in an 8 hour conference so easily.
