I’ve worked with various trainers over the years as a professional athlete and in my fitness goals. As someone in the fitness space myself, I have never worked with someone more knowledgeable and devoted to his craft than Chris Brayley.
I’ve trained 1:1 with Chris for a year and a half in the South End location; while I am still a work in progress my form has improved dramatically, thanks to his training. Chris has the unique ability to make you feel like you are training with a buddy while giving you a superior work out. As a woman, it can be rather difficult to find a comfortable and respectable gym environment. Chris is the picture of professionalism through and through: I have never felt safer and comfortable on both a fitness and personal level with a trainer before.
Within first few minutes of conversation with Chris, you can tell that fitness is truly his passion, as well as growing his business. He truly embodies his own fitness philosophy and I’m very happy to have found Chris to help me with my goals of building my glutes, back, and arms.
