Recently visited this place and made an order of 20 chicken wings with two subs. Immediately after i got the total ( 57.00$), I was given my change, literally 60 seconds later I change my mind and recalled the wings dinner from my order and keeping the subs. As soon as I ask for a refund on that order the old italian/latino man with glasses that usually works in the counter denied the order explaining very rudely that they DO NOT give refunds, “EVER”, nor will he give me one. I told him that it was a lot of money and that I am trying to cancel that order before they start working on it, as I knew too well it hadn’t been started at all, this old man then proceeds to bicker with a condescending tone telling me in his exact words: "okay my friend just relax and take a deep breather go outside and cool down". Even though I wasnt even raising my voice nor behaved aggresively, hilarious. He then looks at me with a malevolent grin and tells me that my wings had already been cooked and packed. However the chicken wings that he pointed at behind him were from a box of 10 pieces that the cook was already preparing before I even made my order, plus I ordered a 20 Piece not 10! (I was observing my order and it wasnt even started as the order ticket the old man glued on their pin board was still unread with 2 more orders/tickets ahead of me). He lied right in my face just to keep a few dollars in his pockets.
By the end i asked him if he prefers losing a customer over a quick refund, he laughed and rolled his eyes saying " im not the owner but you can come the day after fathers day and request a refund with your receipt maybe theyll consider giving you one (proceeded with a sarcastic smile and tone of voice). I tell him that it was okay and don’t plan on returning to this place. (He laughed at me again and walked away with an “i dont care" attitude).
If you ever order from this place be aware that they will deny you a refund at ALL costs even if theyre at fault, it has happened to people i know as well under different circumstnces they are crooks. I would never dare cancel an order if the food was already done, that’d be my fault. I worked in customer service and know what it’s like, but this wasnt the case. Their customer service was awful and embarassing. Worst part is the men who are affiliated with the owner/managers were watching and did nothing about his behavior.
It almost seemed like this old man is good friends with the owners as he has a "i can get away with this" attitude and this rule has been rehersed by him many times before as he followed the protocol of not giving me a refund very strictly and reacted rather quickly when i asked for it almost like he knew what I was gonna say. I know how the local business world plays the cards and this business is just another one of the many that is all about cash grabbing, not quality.
Dont treat your clients so poorly specially when we treat your employees with respect. Is being a bunch of crooks worth losing return...

I ordered food last night to my hotel & paid online through the portal on the website. First off, my delivery arrived 20 minutes past the predicted delivery time of 50 minutes — so a full hour & 10 minutes.
The worst part though, was the actual delivery. The delivery driver called me to tell me he was in the lobby of the hotel & naturally, I headed down to pick up the food. Once I got down to the lobby, I saw a random person — not the delivery driver — about to walk away with my food, that has already been paid for.
I asked the guy why he had my food & where the delivery driver was. He informed me that the delivery guy claimed no one would answer the phone or come down for the food & he needed to get rid of it. The driver asked this other hotel guest if he wanted the food & quoted the price I paid for it. The guest agreed & paid in cash — FOR FOOD THAT I ALREADY PURCHASED.
So, I then had to reimburse the random hotel guest in order to get my food because the delivery driver couldn’t wait the two minutes it took me to ride the elevator from the sixth floor of the hotel to the lobby.
I called the restaurant to speak with a manager about the situation, who sighed & gave me a response that seemed to indicate this as not the first time an incident like this had happened. He told me he was going to reach out to the driver & would put me on a quick hold.
I sat on hold for a full 20 minutes — while attempting to call the restaurant from another phone as well — with no answer. After I finally got ahold of the manager — for the second time — I was told “Oh, well the driver had 5 more deliveries to make tonight”. When I requested a refund, be became irate & insisted that the delivery driver “did not get paid”, despite me having 5 witnesses to the situation & footage from the hotel surveillance camera.
Obviously, the conversation became unpleasant as I frustratedly re-explained my disbelief about the entire situation. The manager talked over me, continued to yell, & eventually hung up the phone with no resolution.
I work in customer service, so I am quite frequently on the other end of situations with irate customers. I absolutely cannot believe how this entire ordeal went down & the unwavering stubbornness of the manager to correct the problem.

Read moreI have been a loyal customer to this place for several years. Today I ordered pasta from them with Alfredo, steak tips, spinach Ziti & Shrimp. I spend over $20.00 dollars PLUS TIP. The food was horrible. When I called to let them know he told me that I should have not ordered what wasn't on the menu & he would have the driver come get it & hung up on me. I am so upset when you spending your money you should be able to order how you please I have had better service at McDonald's so disappointed customer service is everything during these trying times welp never again when you know better you do better no more for me Update as 7/01/21-gave it another shot after my 1st review because I believe in giving places that were once good another chance plus I played it safe and ordered something exact on menu and so did my co-worker needless to say sometimes you need to keep people, places and things right where they at my co-worker wing ding plate was not good chicken undercooked and salad was not fresh when I called to let them know I was cussed out again by I think the owner who told me he will never delivery to me again and why did I come back?
