My company was running a dance competition at an older High School in Woonsocket, RI this past weekend. The auditorium's sound system was very outdated and the school didn't have a lot of the equipment we needed, so I reached out to NE Audio Rental and I have to say, I am so happy I did.

First off, Nia emailed me within minutes of submitting an inquiry. She was friendly, attentive, and was quick to ask the right questions and work within our budget. Nia even checked in on us during the event to make sure everything was going to plan. She was excellent!

The crew that arrived on our setup day not only showed up an hour early, but they stayed later than needed to make sure our sound tech working the competition felt comfortable using all of the equipment. They were also very friendly and attentive. All of the equipment worked great and they arrived right on time for pickup.

I DJed at my friend's wedding in Boston in August, and helped set up at the remote wedding location. New England Audio Rental and the owner Val went above and beyond for my friend's wedding. We had a mix up with the venue organiser, bad weather, and a few other complications (nothing to do with New England Audio Rental), and Val and his team really pulled out all the stops to assist us, when they had no obligation to, and when they had a lot on their plate that weekend. I would give this company 6 stars if I could. Honest, reliable, professional, enthusiastic, and the best customer service I received on my trip to the US for the wedding. Highly recommended....
