South End Branch of the Boston Public Library — Attraction in Boston

I moved to Boston one month ago and South End library has been a great find near my apartment. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Childrens librarian, Ms Margaret is just wonderful! She gives her best to educate children and engage them in different activities all the time. My 1.5 yr old son is always excited to attend toddler story time here. Compared to the central library, I always feel special when I go here. A lovely welcome from all and a possibility to make new friends. Bonus: they are very close to sparrows park and there is a nice sitting area next to the library.

Great neighborhood library. Although it is a bit small and the book selection is a little limited(you can of course order stuff with the intra library loan to this branch) the realy outstanding librarians make up for it. The librarians at this branch are AWESOME...10/10 not only are they knowledgable, helpful, professional AND super nice but they also have quite a knowledge base about Boston in general and services outside of the library in Boston.
