My husband purchased some beautiful YSL wedges, unfortunately they did not fit. We had to return them. We walked in, you can just feel the horrible vibe. We were not greeted. Two salespeople with one customer talking about online item the other hiding in the back. The security person leaned against the wall on their phone. It took them 15 minutes to finally say something. What they said "I noticed you been here a while, has anyone greeted?" 😒. I explain the shoe situation and she wanted me out of there instead of selling me on something else.
