Worst customer service I have received from any retail store in a long time. Went to Copley store to buy a pair of sneakers for a friend. The manager looked up availability on the web pronouncing them sold out. She didnāt offer to reach out to individual stores. When I suggested same she retorted that the sneakers were sold out and wouldnāt just appear. I left and did my own research that the sneakers were available at several stores. When I returned the manager was belligerent and unhelpful. Funny, the internet barely works in the store, but the management is indifferent. I suggested to a clerk that they call Manhasset and Tampa. She tried Manhasset twice and told me she couldnāt get through. She questioned whether Tampa was in the U. S. I got through to both stores. After locating a pair of the sneakers , placing the order through Boston was equally frustrating. I told them the order had to arrive in Chicago by the next Friday. They sent the order into Manhasset late that day, Friday, with UPS overland instructions. This was after the packages had already left for the day from Manhasset and the next pickup would not occur until Tuesday. How do I know this? I called up Manhasset the next day to make sure they had in fact received the order and instructions. Manhasset was very helpful. They took the instructions down and said they would make sure it went out...

My account has being inactive for something that was done on their end. It has a very easy fix so that I can access my money again but they are in no hurry to solve my problem. First of all, if you are unable to perform cash refunds because you donāt have cash at the store, very simple, DONT TAKE CASH from your customers. And also, please inform before hand of this ridiculous policy to your customers before a purchase is made. This person told me she is on sales and that my issue had nothing to do with her anymore. She asked me to expect a response within the next 24 to 48 business hours. And still nothing. She also told me I could request to speak to her again for follow up. Obviously not work related. I find this behaviour in a retail store unacceptable. She made no effort to be helpful. Obviously here social media contacts were what was important. Hard to believe you would pay an employee like this. Strangely on my return pass by of this store, they had a black band closing off the entrance, like do not enter, once again no one in the store.
