I’m a new patient of Seaport MedSpa in the North End and am beyond impressed with their service and team. I have always wanted to try injectables, but have always made excuses and procrastinated. With my wedding a year out, I finally took the plunge and found seaport med spa.

I booked a free consult with Carly to start. She was fantastic. She asked me what I was looking to achieve with my skin and provided very detailed and well thought out recommendations. She even did a full work back from my wedding date to now. Giving me a full, high level, plan to help achieve my ideal skin results for my wedding down to the last facial.

I’ve since gone back for my first ever Botox appointment with Caitlyn. I opted for their GlowTox (diamond hydro facial + Botox) package and left feeling amazing. I was nervous about getting Botox but am so glad I opted for the diamond facial before. It not only made my skin glow but it also completely took the edge off and relaxed me before I had my injectables done. Caitlyn was also so kind and really put me at ease. She talked me through/explained each step she took through the injection process which was not only reassuring but super interesting. When talking through follow-ups and treatment for other problem areas I want to fix long term, she gave me a lot of great recommendations based on our visit in addition to what Carly had already talked me through. Again explaining the anatomy and science behind each of them so I left fully informed.

One thing that stood out through each appointment is just how nice, patient and transparent everyone has been. It’s a practice run by NP’s and Nurses which shows. They were very honest and transparent about pricing once I had my consult and could determine best course of treatment. They are also very encouraging of new patients to ease into things and to take their time deciding what’s best for them before following up and booking. I started calling them my “Primary Beauty Care Specialists” to my friends because I truly feel like I am in the hands of medical experts...

Seaport Medspa is hands-down the best medspa experience I've ever had—and I've been to all their locations! No matter where Mari is working that day, I’ll happily make the trip because she’s just that good. Her expertise, warmth, and attention to detail make every visit feel like a treat. That said, every staff member I’ve encountered has been equally fantastic—professional, welcoming, and truly invested in helping you look and feel your best.

I had such a positive experience here! I was at my breaking point with a skin issue that was not budging at the dermatologist. It was either Accutane (which wasn’t guaranteed to work based on what I was dealing with) or get creative. I came to Seaport Medspa on my own just to see what they thought, and had a consult with Mari. She really took her time with me & asked lots of questions. I ended up doing a package of 6 BBL laser treatments for acne & pigmentation administered by Katie. This was also just a shot in the dark, to be honest, but it sounded better than Accutane for the time being. And even though my skin isn’t now magically flawless (whose is?), it made a big difference & I can finally look at myself in the mirror again without getting upset.
