Courtyard Boston Downtown North Station...

Clean hotel across the street from The TD Garden in Boston.

Booked it over the summer when we got tickets to go to a Michael Bublé concert on Aug. 24th. On the night of Aug 23 we messaged them via the app to let them know it was our wedding anniversary and we were coming to the city for the concert. They so kindly informed us that the concert had been postponed until Oct. 18th and helped us modify the stay dates.

We arrived about 1PM but a room wasn't ready so they took our phone number and held our bags and with recommendations from Anthony in the luggage room we went across the street to Tavern on the Square for a delicious lunch.

They had a large corner king upgraded room ready for us on the 5th floor at 330. We had a great view of the bridge and TD Garden and windows on two sides of room for extra light and city views.

Everything was clean and the bathroom was fully stocked with individual soaps and shampoo etc. Plus 3 sets of bath towels.

We selected the daily $10 welcome amenity to use at the Bistro or in the pantry. We got breakfast the first day. French toast for the Mr. And breakfast sandwich for myself. It was nothing to write home about but it was better than nothing to start our day. We appreciated that they were making hot breakfast. I've heard great things about the evening food but we had restaurant reservations elsewhere already so never ate there at dinner time.

When I called for an extra blanket at around 8pm the first night they delivered one fresh and hot from the dryer within 15 minutes. It was Heavenly!

All of the staff were super friendly. Anytime we stepped out and came back there was always someone greeting us with a welcome back.

Everybody was smiling and friendly and seemed to be happy with working there.

Will definitely stay again for our next event at the TD Garden venue since it's just 2 minutes walk and beats...

(See bottom paragraph for feedback on the Marriott customer service line- 0 star rating)

I stayed at the Courtyard Boston Downtown/North Station with my family of four (my husband, myself, our 7yo daughter and 2yo son) and had an amazing experience despite the fully booked hotel! Not once did I feel rushed at check in, check out, or during our storing and removing of our luggage from their secure area at the front desk. The hotel was kept clean even with three back to back days of concerts at the TD Garden located a few steps away. I felt very safe as the elevator would only work with a room key! Our room had a fabulous view and was very comfortable. The location is great with many restaurants nearby and public transportation readily available. We had pleasant interactions with front desk, multiple cafe/bar employees, house keeping in person and on the phone. Once the front desk checks you in and has the room key ready for you, they walk around to hand them personally and discuss the hotel face to face verses face to plexiglass- a very nice touch during these COVID times. I observed a conversation with a less than satisfied guest and the front desk employee was kind not only in words and tone, but body language and eye contact.

One thing I would say is do NOT contact the customer service call center. I was disrespected the entire call even during obvious distress. Not only was I spoken to abruptly with constant inconsiderate tone and words by the representative, I was met with the same disrespect from, who I assume was, the supervisor. I was transferred to her (the supervisor) when I asked to speak with someone at the front desk to get information regarding the exact options surrounding the hotel itself. I would suggest you bypass them completely no matter what location you will be staying at. Customer service should be compassionate employees like the...

I recently stayed here for five nights to attend a sports event. This hotel is the best place to stay if you are attending an event at TD Garden. Unfortunately, however, I encountered many issues during my stay. All the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Thanks to Tommy, Micah, and Sara for your committed customer service. I least appreciated my interaction with the front office manager, Ms. Nashif. What struck me the most about what she said was, "We don't offer standard Marriott services, like water bottles, free breakfast or a lounge because we are franchised....!" I wish she were able to formulate a more positive message to guests who are staying for five nights... :( Unfortunately, the TV malfunctioned many times and had to call for service like 3 times. The LG TVs they purchased seem to have issues. You need to understand that being able to watch the missing part of the sports events (via TV and YouTube) is critical for enthusiastic fans!! Thanks to Hugo, who always appeared promptly and fixed issues...! Keurig machine malfunctioned very frequently and we were not able to drink coffee so many times. Thanks to Micah who offered free coffees downstairs! Poor Hugo who had to look into the Keurig issues multiple times.Perhaps, the hotel needs to invest in higher quality Keurig machine and TV? Lastly, Maclaise, our housekeeper, assigned on our floor did a great job. One day, she left me a blanket without being asked. I always have a hard time sleeping in a hotel room, but the blanket did the magic for me. Really grateful for her initiative and thoughtfulness. The quality of the non-managerial staff is good, but our experience was mixed. I still recommend this hotel if you are attending an event at...

The location of this hotel is super convenient just across the street from North Station and TD Garden. Easy to get public transportation anywhere. Lobby is great and staff is friendly. Very cool vibe and mix of business travelers families and sightseers. Highly recommend. The fitness center is also impressive for a hotel gym! It’s clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything you need for a solid workout. It has dumbbells, which go up to 50 pounds—perfect for travelers who want to maintain their strength training routine. The variety of machines is excellent, offering options for both upper and lower body workouts. Cardio enthusiasts will appreciate the modern treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes, all of which are in great condition and easy to use. They’ve also thought about functional fitness—there are medicine balls, exercise balls, yoga mats, kettlebells, straps, and more, allowing you to mix up your workout and tailor it to your needs. The availability of water and towels is a thoughtful touch, making the experience even more convenient. The space is well-maintained and spacious, with plenty of room to move around, which is sometimes hard to find in hotel gyms. Whether you're lifting, using machines, focusing on cardio, or stretching out with yoga, this facility has everything covered. Overall, the fitness center exceeded my expectations and made it easy to stick to my routine while traveling. Highly recommend!

I attempted to check-in at 3:00 PM but was told the room would be ready after 4:00 PM. The concierge must have told everyone to come back at 4:00 PM because the line to check in was about 15 parties deep. If you're a loyalty member, there's no Elite status line for expedited check-in. I had reserved the Studio King. The room was nice and the bathroom was spacious. The water bottle they had provided was Marriott branded for $7.50, whereas other properties would often offer 1 or 2 bottles complimentary. Parking is limited and is valet only at a rate of $53 / day. Came early enough to have a spot but spaces were filled by the evening. When it came to checking out, I texted the valet service to retrieve my car but after 20 minutes received an automated none were available. I was physically waiting outside at the drop off area and the valet serviced two walk ups and in deposited one incoming vehicle. I had to talk to the agent and they admitted they didn't even acknowledge my request. I waited another 10 minutes to get my car. It was 6 AM and not busy. Ticket stub has a slogan "IT'S VIP SERVICE ALL THE WAY!" Was expecting far better at the price for parking, not to wait 30 minutes after manually contacting valet and after using their automated system, which went unread. Located downtown Boston, across the street from TD Garden. Ideal location and for a relatively cheaper price to other nearby hotels.

Valet parking is $64 per day (and takes 15-20 minutes to retrieve your car) and after paying $387 for my compact room that overlooks a freeway, I was required to make an additional $70 deposit/hold on my card for damages (I guess it could’ve been higher compared to other hotels). The king bed was comfy, bathroom clean, and 39 North Lavender body wash was good. But, imagine my delight to get to my room that has a gross stain on the floor (see image) after making a deposit for damages! Also no microwave and $7.50 bottle of water waiting for you. Additionally the front desk does not provide complimentary toothbrushes and rudely hung up on me before I could get more details. Instead, the front desk suggested I purchase a [probably] $15 toothbrush from them. Tony from when I checked in in the evening of my stay was great, but whoever was there in the morning could use more manners! Checked in at 5 pm and was rushed out by 12 pm (at least the desk was able to extend check out to 1 pm for free?). Now sitting in an empty lobby waiting for the valet to bring my car. I’ll definitely be looking for a different $400 one-day stay when I’m in Boston for Mother’s Day weekend.
