This review comes from love, even though I was very disappointed a few times with my botox results. What I liked about them is that they had a concierge service at first & that’s when I used their service when no one else was available.

However, my second time going to them was for jawline botox & this is the most disappointed, dissatisfied & sadness result of all. I have gotten jawline botox 4-5 times total so I KNOW exactly who does it right, what it supposed to feel like, what kind of pain should I expect, where it should go, and how much unit I need because I talk to a lot of nurses and doctors when I do so. AND most importantly I know when it should look right. My experience with the jawline botox wasn’t painful at all, in fact it was surprisingly painless, but I notice that her position was higher on my jawline than where a lot of nurses has placed than usual. I trusted her — However, it didn’t feel right, I didn’t feel like the muscle there has been “released” and I keep clenching my jawline and it felt almost that NO product or has been used - and I asked for a usual dose. I texted them and voice my concerns. Then I patiently waited for another week just to see when it would kick in. Week 2-3 passed by and still feel the same. I wanted to make an appointment to come in and talk to them about it, but it was also very hard being of their location availability of only Wednesday. Because now they charges for concierge services for the other days, so imagine the agony of waiting every Wednesday... I had waited for a month and a half before I could see them-

• day of appointment, after voicing my concerns very constructively but politely, she blankly asked me “ so do you want to get more unit then?” No apologies, no sympathy “ oh I’m sorry that it happened — “ none of that. Just “ it worked for other people, it should worked for you, do you want to get more?” Type of salesman / scamming comment. ————— For some some who paid for a service this expensive, I expect results & at least something accommodating to make up for this lack of results due to lack of experience. Lucky for me, I made an appointment with someone else the next day since they were my top choice ( but always busy). I got jawline Botox with them and I swear immediately i felt different. I felt immediate difference and I used my regular doses, voice my concerns & I get treated better. However, it’s not even because they charged more because it costs the same. But I felt like it is so much better because they listened to my concerns, they educated me, they were experienced, they treated me like a paying customer who goes into their clinic for an expensive service and they gave me results— immediately. I will wait for an appointment at your favorite place and be treated like a high paying customer, for a service that works well for you from experienced injectors in the field than just settled for anything. I have been traveling a lot for the holidays and thought IV therapy would be a great way to recover. I had heard of the Seaport Medspa before and have always heard great things about the services. I thought it was the perfect time to visit the Medspa for a hydration IV. Before i even received any services, i was greeted by the friendly front desk staff and the gorgeous atmosphere of the Medspa. I met the nurse who would perform my IV, as well as Mari (one of the business owners) who was very pleasant! Everyone was so warm and welcoming. I headed down to their IV lounge, which is a calming space with comfy chairs and light music playing. I decided to get the Energy Buzz IV and and added the Tri-immune Boost shot. My nurse, Jillian was professional and personable. We chatted while she got my IV ready and set everything up. The IV took about an hour, and I was able to chat with Jillian and play on my phone while relaxing in in my chair. They have footrests and blankets for you to use while getting your IV, as well and snacks and drinks included! The hour flew by and just like that I was done. Jillian took the line out of my arm and I already felt more hydrated than before. I am excited to feel the continued benefits for the next few days! I have been getting chemical peels for over a decade. The BioRePeel service at this clinic is severely overpriced for the results. The price for 6 vials of BioRePeel retails for around $200 USD. 6 vials is the equivalent of 12 sessions. 1 session at this clinic was around $350 for a 7 minute peel with no facial included and no aftercare products.

As is typical, I experienced a slight purge the week following my peel. This led to more hyperpigmentation scarring, and I saw no clear improvements in my overall skin texture or discoloration. The tech assured me she would call in the days following my appointment to check-in, but I never received a call. I was also told to wait 4 weeks between appointments.

I have since gone to two other clinics to receive the additional BioRePeels. At each of the other clinics, they provided a full deep facial cleanse to ensure the peel penetrated deeply. They also left the peel on nearly twice as long to drive faster results. I have also received microneedling and a BioRePeel for less than the price of just the BioRePeel at this clinic. Lastly, these sessions were done within 1 weeks of each other as is recommended by the manufacturer, much shorter than the 4 week recommendation from this clinic. I even received a recommendation to use mineral sunscreen as opposed to chemical, to better support my discoloration concerns.
