Stats Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Boston

Wonderful experience. I was just walking by looking for a place to get a late breakfast. Walked in and was immediately greeted by a very pleasant hostess and seated quickly. Waitress was quick with the menu and came back a couple minutes later to check in. I was ready and ordered the meat lovers scramble, home fries, and wheat toast. It came out hot and the scramble looked great but my initial reaction to the home fries was they were overcooked. To my surprise they were not and I ate them all! Maybe the highlight was the wheat toast. It was just simple wheat bread but was slathered with rich butter, maybe French butter. I certainly was not mad about it!!

I am not from the area so likely will have very little chance to return but happy I found it this morning....

My hostess and waitress were awesome but the bouncers and management made it a terrible experience. We had a bouncer chase us down in the street when we left with his mask below his chin, yelling at us for no having masks on. He came within 6 feet of us with his mask off so I asked why he wasnt wearing his mask, since he was upset with us for not wearing it anymore (we had left the patio by this point). Management came over and told us to leave as we were causing a problem. When I tried to have a conversation with the manager he said it was over. When I stated the bouncer wasnt wearing a mask and came up to our faces, he said it wasnt my problem. In fact, it was my problem since we are in a pandemic and the staff is not following...

Had the worst experience at Stats bar today. Went there with a group of friends. 3 of my friends went outside for smoking, before leaving my friends informed the man in charge and the person at reception. When they tried to get in again, the person in charge of security didn't let them in! They had their drinks and food at table! We were waiting for them on table. The treatment we faced today here totally unacceptable and unreasonable. We had friends coming out of state, wanted to spend some quality times there. We were charged for the drinks that my friends were not able to drink!!! Ruined our night. Extremely...
