To be more specific, it's more like 4.7 stars. Nearly the best ever! It was so delicious. The decoration is beautiful. The seating is nice. There's a bar and tables. I got a reservation and I'm glad I did. After 5 it was packed. The sushi was to die for. And so were the bao buns. The crab fried rice was way more than your typical every day fried rice, it was so luxurious and delicious. I loved the drinks. Their G&Tea was everything I've ever wanted out of life and more. You can really taste the lavender. It's really one of the best restaurants I've ever been too. Definitely a new favourite. There's also outdoor seating that's excellent for nice days. The only things I didn't enjoy as much is the boneless spare ribs because they were way too salty. And the dumplings are already in a bed of soy sauce and soy sauce takes over all other delicate flavours of the dumplings. It's much better to have soy sauce on the side so you can decide how much you want. Even with those two complaints it really is among the best restaurants I've been to.

Hard to decide between 3 stars and 4. All in all the new place is great, but if you are expecting a good sushi place you might want to go some else. Food was good but not awesome - which you would expect from this restaurant group. However the service was exceptional and the drinks were also very good. I had the Chubby Chad, while my friends tried the Mai Tai and Tryna Smash (essentially a Moscow mule). For food we started with the edamame, crab Rangoon’s (my friends loved these), and Bok Choi salad (also very good). For sushi we order the Tuna Spicy crunchy maki, Sneaky Russian, Miso Philly, and Dragon roll. The spicy tuna and sneaky Russian were our favs while my friends did not like the Miso Philly. Dragon roll had good seafood on top of it but oddly topped off with what looked like parmesan cheese - very strange. I might go back in the future in hopes that they migrated more towards authentic sushi instead of trendy sushi, but I am somewhat doubtful that’ll happen.

Coming to get food, save yourself and go somewhere else. If you are coming to get drinks and watch the game, then 5 stars. But do not eat here. Pricey and food is not good. Chicken was not cooked fully (3 other recent reviewers said the same thing). I honestly think it was frozen chicken that they made and just put sauce over. They tried doing something different with the sweet potato rolls, putting avocado around it and topped with eggplant, its HARD NO! The lo mein was ok, fried rice and chicken tasted was a bit salty. The scallion pancakes were really good, but they put it with GUACAMOLE or some type of weird tasting dip. I will not be back. I will say our waiter was very nice, she smiled alot, and kept checking on us.

I went for Bao Bun Tuesdays because it seemed like a good deal: $3 bao buns every Tuesday. There is street parking, but it was a bit difficult to find. The inside seems hip. I was seated at the window, which completely opens during the summer. I tried all of the baos: wagyu, pork belly, steak and cheese, fried chicken, and birria. They were all pretty average and Americanized. The wagyu, which is what I was most excited about, was lower grade and did not have that melt-in-your-mouth texture. The baos were also quite thick and not very soft. Overall, it's a good deal if you want something that resembles a bao, but don't set your expectations high.

Made a reservation for 6pm for last minute at opentable at 5. When we got there, it wasn't busy till nearly 7. Our service was friendly and nice service but the quality of the drink and food is nah... definitely not gonna come back again. We ordered the pork bun, wagyu dumplings, and chili wontons. The dumplings sling are thick, you couldn't taste the wagyu beef, it just taste like regular beef. The sushi, we ordered the beefy, teriyaki salmon, and the Russian maki, which the rice are mush... it seemed they cooked the rice too long to make it soft, when they rolled it, the rice the mashed together...

it’s a nice sushi restaurant with after-work vibes. The Maki days means unlimited rolls. It was a bit slower, but we found out at the end that it was because they only charged us for one between my husband and I because we also got a soup… so it was a bit of a steal. Since it’s unlimited sushi rolls, it’s definitely not A+ sushi quality and I’ve had much better in Boston, but it’s still a good time. I recommend sitting near the windows on the inside - it’s a nice blend of indoor and outdoor but has surprisingly good acoustics too and I could actually hear my husband well.
