First of all, the lock was working properly and has no issue as I showed you. Second, I am not the responsible in the store, and I told you to wait for the manager who will resolve the problem for you, but you said that you do not want to wait neither to come back, and you are going to take something else from the store with the same amount you spent for the lock without the owner consent which forced me to tell you that I am going to call the police if you do that as it is considered shoplifting. Finally, you were not an easy customer to talk to. You can still come back to talk to the manager if you want to, surely he will understand...

I went for an ice cream yesterday and didn't pay as much attention at first. Once I reached home, turned out it was completely melted. I went back and told the cashier about this and he said he can't give any refunds. Instead I can go and select any other ice cream I want. When I opened the fridge every other ice cream was melted and there was literally no warning that their fridge had issues. When I requested the cashier to bring their manager as I was only interested in a refund, suddenly he was able to give me a refund. So what I witnessed was someone who blatantly lied to my face to save $7. If I could I would give 0 star , this store is stealing students money I went there few times and every time they sold me the same products with higher prices , and that only a part of the horrible experinece I had there, they also have big rats there me and my friends saw two big rats behind the chips aile that's so discusting I'll never go back there . The customer service is horrible as well , the bald man is so annoying and knows nothing about the goods they have on the store and he speak a very weak english , I'm not surprised anymore about all the bad things I heard about the store and the owners .
