Seems like just a fake attempt to try and make it look like they care. *** Original comment*** Sat in the store for an hour, waiting without being acknowledged once. Finally interrupted only told I would have to wait at least half an hour more. I get that these things take time but had I been told when I first got there that I was going to have to wait an hour and a half I would’ve just saved that time. If I could give zero stars I would.

DO NOT GO HERE - at all! A man who works at this store really took advantage of my family member - and he told my family member a plethora of lies, ripped my family member off, and sold my family member a phone that my family member is not happy with at all!!! He ruined our family phone bill - and took advantage of my family member. I give honest reviews and I prefer to only give positive reviews. However - I felt moved to speak up. Believe me when I say DO NOT GO HERE!...

I haven't been a fan of Verizon since they ripped me off for a couple thousand dollars back in the early 2000's. I was being charged overage fees that wouldn't have existed if I was on the right plan. There were so many plans to choose from years ago. I just felt that after being a loyal customer for a decade that they could have let me know I was on the wrong plan. Oh well. Live and Learn. I will say this though, they have the best coverage....
