Panda Express — Restaurant in Boulder City

03/14/2025 @ 19:22: Bigger plate w 50/50, Honey walnut shrimp, original orange chicken, honey sesame chicken breast, veggie spring rolls, 4pc cinnamon apple pie roll: $23 The 4☆ for service is bcs the young man that was putting my bigger plate order together forgot to put my Honey Walnut Shrimp, but rather made room for the almond shrimp, closed the bigger plate lid and placed my honey sesame chicken breast in the small box container😅😠 While no one is perfect, especially a young man putting together an order, noticing a large Polynesian waiting, could become distracted. So, having said that, I'll take this one on me. As always, food is fantastic. Service is always great. As for the atmosphere, I gave it 5☆ given the fact I only walked in to pickup my online order bcs the drive-thru was packed....

Me and my brother went into the Panda Express in Boulder City, NV. Have eaten there many times. We went through drive thru and they asked us to pull out front to wait for our order. Our receipt showed our order was placed at 8:13pm. As we pulled out front to wait 3 cars full of people went into Panda Express and came out with their food. We sat out front for till 8:35 when my brother goes in. He was told they were cooking it now. My brother asked why were all those other people who came after we ordered have their food and have been served. He then requested our money back and then the cook said to my brother, we close at 9pm we stop cooking at 830pm. My brother says but we ordered at 8:13!!! We've been outside waiting. We have never been so disappointed and treated this way at any...

I’m so upset. The couldn’t do a side of broccoli but they have broccoli & beef? When I got the order through the drive through I put the bag down went to Taco Bell to get my daughter a quesadilla because they “didn’t have broccoli” and get home and go to grab the bag before getting out of the car, and the box wasn’t closed and my food fell out everywhere. I also noticed on the grilled teriyaki chicken I ordered that’s it’s dry chicken, no teriyaki sauce on it at all lol. Well never gonna be going here again, unless I go inside and watch them make my food. Maybe next time they will have a side...
