What kind of fast place runs out?
I have given this subway a few chances, but the last two were the absolute last.
The first was when I was called in early to work and stopped here around 4:30 to get a breakfast sandwich, or a lunch sandwich. So there was no "prepped" eggs for sandwiches ready yet. So I asked for white bread there was none, same story for the wheat, and three cheese. No chicken breast either. I just walked out.
Second time was about a month later. I brought My mother with me and we stopped to get the steak breakfast sandwiches. They did have everything this time to my amazement. Once we started on our food about into the third bite we bit in pure cold meat and egg. We went back to say that our sandwich were stiff cold, but all we got was excuse after excuse. The lady said they were aware of a problem with their oven wasn't functioning right and burning bread. So she put in low heat, for less time. She said she could re-heat it again, but I said "no" not with all the veggies and sause'. I asked if can get something else, she said no sorry nothing more I can do. Atleast tell us your microwave oven isn't working right....

Read moreThis was my first visit to this location, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. I placed a pre-order so it would be ready when I arrived. When I got home and opened the sandwich, I found that it was missing all the sauces I had requested—no mustard, mayonnaise, or chipotle sauce. It also wasn’t cut into fourths as I had specified.
I tried calling the store and the Director of Operations listed on the receipt (which ironically says, "If is not right, I’ll make it right!"), but no one answered. I drove back to the store and explained the issue. I showed the uneaten sandwich and the receipt to the staff and asked for both sandwiches I had purchased to be remade, since they were now cold.
Erika, the employee who helped me, seemed uninterested and unprofessional. She gave me a refund but refused to remake the sandwiches. Shortly after, she left—possibly for a break—which gave the impression that she just didn’t want to deal with it.
Overall, the service was poor, the food was incorrect, and the situation left me without a proper meal over an hour later. I won’t be returning to this location. And no—nothing about this experience was...
Read moreI have had a bad experience in the past at this subway with the staff entering a tip on my order wothout my consent. I usually tip $1 per sandwich because at least you are tipping someone who actually made the food. I pof bt card in the drive thru and planned to give a cash tip but I noticed the total was higher than the screen quoted. Looked at my receipt and the worker helped themselves to a 20% tip.
So whatever, the location was still more convenient and they had new staff when I went back. Give them another chance since it’s close. I ordered a garlic roast beef off their “premium” sub menu cant remember what it’s called. I get the sandwich and there are only 2 razor thin slices of beef on it. Most of the sub was only 1 slice thick with a small area of overlap in the middle. Felt like I was eating a vegetable sandwich. It was laughable how little meat there was. This was off their premium menu remember that was advertised as 33% more meat than regular subs. Never going back a single sandwich combo was $18. I don’t mind paying more for a quality product but you can’t skimp on everything AND charge more there’s just no value...
