Wow—what an unbelievable store! The staff here is incredible! My brother and I visited multiple times during our stay in Boulder, and each time we were greeted by the amazing team. Jess, Jenn, Sean (and others!) were all fantastic—so knowledgeable and passionate about the products they offer.

We kept coming back because they were so friendly and took the time to explain the features of their favorite pieces, which made our shopping experience truly enjoyable. A special shoutout to Jess for helping me select the best options for my needs (AR Beta with Stormhood!); her expertise and patience were invaluable!!!!!

The whole team embodies the spirit of exceptional customer service, making us feel welcome and appreciated. This will definitely be my first stop every time I visit Boulder in the future!

I came in the other day hoping to find some items I had been eyeing online, in the store. The entire time, from the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was not greeted, no one asked if I needed help (I was standing by the shoes for a considerable amount of time and the sales person skipped over me to talk to other employees and customers who had gotten to the section after me), even when I left not one word was spoken to me (while I had heard employees wish customers who were leaving to have a good day). To be fair, I was not dressed like the targeted customer demographic but I went well dressed. Normally I don’t leave bad reviews but I truly felt invisible visiting this store and that’s not an experience I would want anyone else to go through. Will not be purchasing from this brand at all but I hope this is taken as constructive feedback and...

This is a great store. I had a problem with one of my jacket zippers and instead of having to send it back or have a permanent problem or encourage me to buy another jacket, the woman who helped me was able to fix it on the spot. She was very friendly and helpful. Thank you. And, they also will wash and re-weather-proof your GoreTex stuff. The person who helped me also was very helpful and well-informed about some questions I had about the next pair of ski pants I am in interested in buying. Hey, Arc'teryx stuff is pretty expensive, but with a store like this is Boulder that can fix your stuff and keep it in good shape, it should last long enough to make it worthwile. Great idea by Arc'teryx to have a store like this in Boulder and wonderful customer service to implement this...
