I attended the cask strength tour and was blown away by the quality and flavor of every product Hogback Distiilery makes. It was so difficult to decide which bottle I wanted to buy as I was traveling by plane or I would have likely bought one of each! It was amazing learning more about the process of making whiskey from Graeme Wallace. It was very refreshing to see someone so passionate about what they do! His knowledge and desire to share it with the group was top notch!
