These guys get five stars for a reason! My husband and I first used J Albrecht 15 years ago on my original wedding set, and as young almost-newlyweds we had a great experience with them…so when my husband surprised me by wanting to do a redesign/upgrade this year for our anniversary, I immediately knew that I wanted to travel up to Boulder to use them again.

I am just so over the moon with how my new rings turned out—I love the different ways that the 3 rings stack and fit together, and Chrissie found the most s-t-u-n-n-i-n-g diamond to go into the middle of my new engagement ring. I have actually had my new rings for two months now, and I still can’t believe they are mine. I can’t stop staring at them! I absolutely love them, and they feel so very “me”. It’s such a cool feeling to have every time I look down at my hand.

The best part about J Albrecht is how friendly and down-to-earth they are inside the store. They are very easy to work with, and there is no pretentiousness, intimidation, or high-pressured sales. They are people that truly love the art of creating unique settings for stunning gemstones. I feel like I am wearing a work of art every single time I wear a piece of jewelry created by them.

Chrissie, Jay, Laina, and Kenny: these rings mean the world to me. We are just so thrilled with how they turned out! They are perfect in every single way. You guys are the best, and Levi and I feel so lucky to have such a caring and compassionate jewelry-maker like you to use here in Colorado. This was quite the upgrade from my original set of rings, but you made it easy! From the bottom of our hearts: thank you.

My friend and I happened upon this shop while visiting Boulder. I fell in love with the gold diamond orb band… had to have it! It is beautiful! I had a difficult time choosing as Laina pulled out a whole assortment of beautiful stacking rings. I got home and couldn’t stop thinking about all the beautiful pieces I had seen. I started studying the website that is filled with artistic creations and found another, “must have”. The Blush Sapphire Pebble Pendant. Very unique and has a nice weight to it. Gold looks better with my skin tone so they changed the rose gold chain for a gold chain. It is absolutely gorgeous! Then I decided I wanted to start a stack going on my pinky finger with the Gold Diamond Orb ring. So, I am adding the White Gold Galaxy Diamond Band. It will be just stunning along with my Gold Diamond Channel set ring too!And finally… the Diamond Alpenheart Pendant was calling my name!

So many amazing works of art! I am set for a short while ;-) The service is outstanding and they really listen to you and hear what you like and make suggestions to complement your style.

I cannot fully express how truly special the team at J Albrecht Designs is. After doing a very extensive and diligent search for a jeweler to make a very sentimental and important custom ring for me, Albrecht was on my list to visit. From the moment I walked into the store I was treated like I mattered. The time and attention spent on my questions was above anything I had experienced in my search...and they didn't have me as a customer yet! At that first visit I felt like I had found the right jeweler for my project. Little did I know that through the process I actually found "my jeweler" - a place I will forever go to and feel like I am family. Jay cares so much about his work and customers it shows in everything he does. I can't imagine getting jewelry from anyone else.
