I spent over $100 on just a few party favors for my friends, baby shower. The lip balms I bought were $16 apiece. I opened one of them and the color appeared to be plum on packaging but it was blackish gray and it looked like poor quality Halloween make up. When I went to return them with my receipt, they refused despite opening for themselves and seeing the poor quality of the make up. This is just bad business. I don’t trust this Business. The store is decorated in a way that makes you want to stay and hang out, and the staff were incredibly helpful. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for on the rack, they pulled up their online inventory, showed me what was available, and pulled the ones I liked from the back to try on.
