Horrible service! Wish I could give 0 stars. All 3 sales people were at the cashier talking and when I asked for help I was told, “what size do you need?” Save your time, go somewhere we’re they actually care and want your business.

Where did the simple question “how can I help you” go? I needed help finding shoes to support plantar fasciitis pain.

To make things worse, each sales person went different ways to assist other people on the floor. Sure, I may have misunderstood who was going to help me, but after obviously looking confused and standing around next to each of them for a while I can’t believe that none of them followed up with me to see if I had gotten the help I needed. I asked one of them, “I’m sorry, where you going to help me?” And they said no, the other sales person was. I went to Boulder for a short visit, without adequate shoes for mountain hiking. Decided to go hiking and went to Pedestrian Shop for advice on which shoes to get. I purchased a pair of Dansko upon advice of staff and was told I would be fine to climb. I developed the worse blisters that as of July 10th I still am unable to wear any 'tie' shoes. I called and was informed the 10 day return policy is strictly enforced, that the staff should have told me I could only wear them around house, not outside as they would not take back shoes worn outside nor after 10 days. I have no recourse, can't play 'she said' over the phone, so am stuck with shoes I paid $113.00 and bought on advice from staff knowing they were to go hiking in mountains during...

Love this store & very helpful staff.

I had all but given up on buying shoes for my size 6 double wide feet. Other stores are unable to help me or don’t offer shoes that fit. I’ve now bought 3 pairs of shoes from the Pedestrian Shops in Boulder.

Both times I’ve needed shoes, the staff was so helpful with recommending what size I should try on, and trying many pairs of shoes on. If one shoe didn’t work, then they had another suggestion for me to try.

I also get blisters frequently, and with the proper fitting shoes I’ve bought from Pedestrian Shops I’ve not had any issues with blisters!
