Enough is enough. I have been a patient for over 15 years. Referred many other patients to Dr Bolling - they all left. Yet and still I stayed because she was all I’d known since college. Despite the many urgings from friends and family I stayed. You live and you learn. She simply does not care about her patients. If you are even slightly overweight she will ignore every other symptom and tell you to lose weight. She constantly told me different things to try despite the fact that I told her I exercised religiously and never lost weight despite averaging 1600 calories in a good day. The others that I referred left for the same reason. My sister is about 20lbs overweight. Dr Bolling ignored her complaints about pain and other issues and told her to lose weight. She ended up needing her gallbladder removed. I struggled for 13 years with no answers, sympathy or attempt at diagnosing or trying to understand. Yet, I stayed. Well, today was the last straw. I ended up going out of the country for weight loss surgery as a last resort, came back and the routine removal of my stitches has turned in to quite an ordeal. Went to Urgent Care, they said go to your PCP so they can remove and monitor for you. Called Dr. Bolling office and she wouldn’t even get on the phone and talk to me. After 15+ years I deserved better than that. Went to the ER, they ended up helping me, but also asked “why didn’t you go to your PCP? Don’t you have one?” Was referred to general surgery after difficulty, they also asked “What about your PCP?” Every healthcare provider asked why I didn’t go to my PCP and I had to tell them she wouldn’t even talk to me when I called. I understand liability, but a life is a life. I have great insurance and need medical help which I should have gotten. Did I mention she wouldn’t even talk to me? My PCP of 15+ years basically said oh well. I’d heard her talk about other patients dying and “not listening to her” and I always thought it was a bit rough for your doctor to have no compassion, but it certainly hits different when you’re on the receiving end. I hope she retires soon because I deserve better and so do her patients. If you’re reading this and could stand to lose even 10lbs, find another physician. You will not...
Read moreDr. Bolling? TOP DOCTOR? Hell to the Naw! I had this 'Doctor' for almost a year, and she proved to be one of the WORST practitioners I have ever known in my 65 years of wasting air on this planet! Is there a Minus Star rating on this thing? The first red flag is that she only takes CASH AS A CO-PAY! That's right - no check, no credit card, no debit card - CASH ONLY! What other legit Doctor in America operates this way - in 2021? When the receptionist told me that I thought she was joking! (The IRS should be looking into this Shyster!). She loads her waiting room with patients - all with the EXACT SAME APPOINTMENT TIME. (After an hour of waiting, I actually surveyed the room!). You ALWAYS have to wait 45-60 minutes - no matter what time your appointment is! ONE Doctor - One office - and 15 patients in that walk-in closet size waiting room - ALL with the same appt time. Not staggered, not 15 minutes apart - the EXACT time... The room is filled with older black folks - who are used to second-tier treatment from Medical 'professionals (they don't know no better - I truly felt sorry for them!). Then she 'breezes' through - gives you FIVE MINUTES to 'diagnose' and 'treat' your issue - then it's on to the next PAYCHECK... I don't know how many people she has 'treated' and maybe missed real problems - she is always in a hurry to get to the next billable sucker! I wouldn't go back to her if she had the cure for Cancer - and I had softball-size tumors on every organ in my body! Stay away - find a real Doctor who actually cares about patients, (sorry, PAY-shents)! This money-grubbin' broad is truly the 'CREAM' of the Crop in patient care - If CREAM means: Cash Rules Everything Around Me! (I had no real issues with her. I picked her becuz of ratings and convenience - but came to regret it after I saw her 'NEXT!' approach to patient care... I hauled azz to a REAL DOCTOR, and never looked back!) SHAME - I thought her license wudda been pulled by now. She truly follows the HIPPOCRYTIC OATH! You've...
Read moreI have been going to Dr. Bolling for over 12 years. She is very knowledgeable but unfortunately the customer service she and her staff provides has forced me to move to another doctor. I will describe my general experience every time I visit. They over book appointments. You have a 8am appointment and 5 other people are in the office already waiting. You therefore have a minimum of an hour wait before she sees you..She has an abundance of staff members who look busy but you can't really figure out what they are doing. Once she gets to the examining room to see you, she chats about herself as she rushes you through the visit and immediately has you make an appointment to see her again. She also pushes you to get a blood test through the in house phlebotomist who likes to chat with their patients. The last time I was there he chatted for 25 minutes with someone and there were 3 of us waiting for a blood test. I gave up and went to get my blood work and another location. Dr. Bolling does not respect you and your time it is reflected in her service. I feel like I am being herded like cattle. I can't continue to take a half a day of work for follow-up appointments and to get a prescription renewed that I have been taking for 10 years. My insurance company offers online visits.....in house office visits are...
