The entire drive-through service was a disappointment. If I could give it zero stars, I would go to different locations for to five times a week. Both drive-through gentleman was disrespectful Drew being the worst disrespecting me and trying to have an altercation. I pull around a team leader who says that he is the manager. I blew the horn at him to stop him from running into my truck because I almost hit him because he was not paying attention, I didn’t say excuse me are you a manager to report what I had just went through in the drive-through he say that he is a manager which is untrue. He instantly tells me raising his voice in me in an aggressive way you don’t have to blow your horn I advised him that I did, because he was not paying attention and almost to my truck , as I’m trying to report the incident, he is still yelling at me about regardless you still didn’t have to blow your horn making that the main focus. He offered me up in an aggressive way like he wanted to fight. She would not walk away and insist to go back-and-forth with me. I did see the manager along with two crewmembers. Look out to see what was going on. The manager goes back in as if he didn’t hear it so when I pull up I speak with the manager asking him if the gentleman Jeremy was the manager. The manager advised me that he is just a team lead. I then asked the manager why did he allow him to disrespect me and basically offer me up to have a physical altercation? He never wants disciplined Jeremy the team leader. I did report this to (Corporate) and I am waiting for the owner to call me back and this is the type of service you’re going to get at Chick-fil-A. You might as well go down the street to Wendy’s and pay less and get better service. The sad part about the disrespect from the team leader. He made me feel like he stereotyped me. Why would you want anyone on a management team that conducts himself unprofessional. Wants to argue with the customers and even physically fight with them. I didn’t get a comfort of acceptance from him. If you want better service, go to Wendy’s or the McDonald’s down the street. I know the food isn’t it healthy but at least you’re not going to get verbally assaulted and almost physically assaulted. I can’t wait to see how the owner feels about this when he or she Return my call. We have been going to Chick-fil-A different locations every since they’ve came to the area we spent lots of money at different locations. Might I add out of all the years? No one has ever disrespected me like this team...
Read moreI agree with another reviewer who said this location continues to go downhill in quality an service. I don’t frequent this location but have stopped for convenience when in the area. The food is not hot and fresh like other locations and there is ALWAYS something wrong or missing in my order. Yesterday took the cake. I placed a drive thru order and spent about 45.00 …an my salad dressing (2)that was specifically requested with the salad ordered was missing. I go back in less than 5 min to the drive thru an the girl at the window acts confused. Wants to know the name of person who placed the order and WORSE why was dressing being requested. If I said my salad dressing was missing with my order and I gave you my name why are you wanting to know why I’m requesting dressing if you had my name for the order? Then you bring out 1 when I said TWOOOOOO! It’s entirely TOO MANY KIDS working there!!!! No oversight from management!!!! They are being hired and NOT properly trained. Allowed to provide subpar customer service giving Chick-fil-A a “bad look”. My solution is to not patronize this location and let those who also care about quality and customer service know this is not the location for...
Read moreI loved this place but I am seeing now that they no longer wear gloves. I've watched them go outside come back in and bag items, touching their MASK never once sanitizing or washing hands, just straight to the food bagging area touching French Fry containers and all.
They also, leave the window and register touching food containers and put their hands inside the bag this is dangerous. Even if they wash their hands every 15 to 20 minutes or so what goes on in between that time can be serious especially from what I observed. There are people caring the Virus with NO SYMPTOMS,
I would normally eat here before McDonald's but this week I watched the employees and Manager at the Galant Fox McDonalds in Bowie. There, when the employee leaves the register gloves come off and immediately changed before helping with food. I hear the Manager giving them reminders to change gloves and other very safe practices. When it's no customers gloves are off not to get contaminated but as soon as they interact in anyway with food or containers gloves go on. No touching of the mask as I've observed in this Chic fil A I and my family and friends will really miss...
