Purchased furniture 2 times from this place and I broke both times called tryd to get a my money back beacuse every time I buy something from them keeps breaking even though itās only couple of weeks old they told me they cannot do it only thing is they could file a claim first time wich was not approved by manufactur so had to throw away my furniture that was couple of weeks old and guy buy another one same thing happend same thing going on I have warranty on it but they tell me only thing is that could happen is file a claim on furniture thatās 3 weeks old that I purchased the second time. And same thing happend I gave them 3 grand for the furniture and now I still have to go buy new furniture what a shame. Will make sure to never step close to this place ever again. They will not give you your money back or approve the claim. 1st section review: I bought a sectional couch from American Freight. It broke on the bottom after two weeks. My fiancƩ sat down on it (keep in mind she is a small woman) and it broke the base of the couch. Luckily I bought a warranty for $99. I went back to exercise my warranty. We called to follow up and Tara told us she would call and check and see if can get from another store and give her a week we did and no calls or updates so we called back week later and still no mattress and were told no timeline and they don't control trucks coming in. They did offer refund or another mattress but most other mattresses were too soft for what we wanted. You think customer would come first and they would do what they can to make sure an order is fulfilled especially after 5 weeks of waiting.
