Great ice rink! Been there a few times with my family. The soKY ice rink is very fun for kids or adults older than 10. If your younger than 10 you will probably get knocked over, crashed into, or just straight up fall because you suck at ice skating. Me, however, am not under than 10 so skating there is a great experience. When you actually learn to ice skate (without using those stupid crates), you can slowly learn to skate fast or spin or whatever. Definitely a fun place to go to skate around with family or to just watch people skate around and, occasionally, watch them fall on their butts. If you are a beginner skater as I am, then they offer milk crates to help keep you steady. The closer someone is to high skill levels the less happy they would be. But for a beginner this is a great place. Be aware that this is outside so if you're observing like I was, be warmly dressed. I've been told the ice can be rough but today it was smooth. It did seem a bit crowded so again, it would not be for everyone.
