By far the least organized group of people I have ever met. I reserved a party where they took my debit card information down for a deposit. We arrived for the party and I informed them we needed 2 extra pizzas and we would have extra jumpers. I gave them my debit card information for a second time and was told they would add everything up and then charge my card after the party. (Ok no big deal) I was quoted 20 mins on the 4 pizzas (2 came in the party package) at a little before 12:00 when I checked in. It takes everyone about 15 mins to check in and we wait for the pizza and drinks, check back in and they say another 20 mins and I ask we can go ahead and jump (yes). 45 mins later I check back in on the pizza and he says 10 mins so I get the kids rounded up and in the room for pizza. 30 mins go by that we are left sitting with no pizza, I go ahead and serve cake and drinks. Pizza arrives a around 1:45 (party ends at 2) 1 hour and 45 min wait for pizza causing us to miss a total of an hour of jump time waiting on them and their poor time management. We clean up and leave. Some family comes back to our place and we let the kids swim, I go inside to check my phone and I have a text message from the company saying they are going to file a police report because I didnāt pay for the party (Iāve left my debt card information with them twice now, once being immediately before the party and they successfully charged the deposit to the card days prior electronically). I tell them I am happy to give them the information again but I had already done it twice. I assumed, since I was told after giving them my card information the day of the party the full amount would be charged after they signed everyone in, that like the deposit they would charge the card electronically. Nope, the same guy that said the 1 hour and 45 min pizza only took 20 mins made yet another mistake in telling me this and instead of calling or sending a text admitting āhey maybe we need to have better training or communicationā I receive a texted police threat. On top of the poor communication when I called them to supply my payment information for the now third time the conversation went ā Iām readyā tons of noise from music and people talking, I asked if Iām on speaker phone āumm, hold on, no you are good nowā *as he takes me off speaker phone while asking for my bank information for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhere should I begin, I get there at 3:30pm for my party (they told me I could be there to set up being that the other party did not show up.) Iām doing everything necessary to make sure the party goes smoothly. I knew I was gonna have a turn out of at least 50 people. So I wanted 10 extra pizzas at 15.00 a piece. Ok cool. Then 4:30-5 rolls around and the pizzas are no where to be found. Claiming because we ordered 12 total pizzas it was gonna take about an hour to get the pizzas , I sent the kids to go jump and waited over 2.5 hours to get pizza. I figured it was made in house. BUT when they advised me they needed to order it I assumed because of the prices of the extra pizzas the pizzas would be from a higher end pizza place (papa Johnās) or even DOMINOS!
I WAITED 2.5 hours for 12 hot and ready little Caesarās pizzas.
Then the āmanagerā came up to me and expressed his sympathy and took accountability stating that they didnāt put the pizza order in till about 5! My party ended at 6:30! They tried to offer extra jumping time but that wasnāt the point by any means. I had over 20 kids hungry asking me for food. MIND YOU IT WAS SO HOT IN THERE YOU COULD ALMOST BARELY BREATHE WHILE JUMPING ! I had to ASK for 2 liters I paid for. Iām just overall very upset with how this establishment was ran ! Never will I have another birthday...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place has gone down hill quickly. On my family's most recent visit, the front door had a sign saying the foam pits were out of service. No big deal. We waited in line for a while and finally got to the desk to pay but they no longer had our waiver on file from our last visit, so we had to go to the back of another line to digitally sign a waiver. We looked online to try to do it that way (which we've done previously) but apparently Jump Air Zone lost the domain to their website, so that was no longer an option. The waiver line took forever because only half (2/4) of the tablets were working. Got back to the desk to pay and a sign says they can only take exact change or a card. Did they also lose their ability to go to the bank for change? The dodgeball area was total chaos with kids running wild and throwing balls everywhere since no one was directing the game (like the staff had done in the past). No staff in sight except those running the front desk and concessions area. Also, seating for adults is basically non-existent unless you want to sit at the concessions area where you can't keep an eye on your kids. And you should definitely keep an eye on your kids since they no longer have enough staff to help moderate anything other than...
