Amothecary was such an incredible shop. I love the vibe, I love the "non-traditional" decor and spiritual offerings. The shop is as much an art gallery as it is a retail space. In addition to all of her beautifully displayed products, she also is offering classes on moth and butterfly pinning and has several books related to various types of gardening, apothecary recipes, art, and natural crafting methods. The class was amazing— i learned not only how to pin a butterfly in class, but i learned how to find insects, prep them, and pin them on my own time! We were given a step by step paper guide on how to do it at home and websites to purchase your own specimens! Class aside, the shop itself is so cool.
