BG Battery — Local services in Bowling Green

I never write reviews, but I feel it is necessary to share with folks how thankful I am to have walked into BG Battery a couple days ago. I walked in there fully intending to just buy a new battery, but Kyle said, "Well, lets take a look at battery and see if you really need a new one. Maybe we can save you from having to buy one." He went on to say, "Why don't I put the battery on a charge and let it charge over night, and see how it is in the morning. Well, my battery was fine, but my alternator was dead. But because of the overnight charge, I was able to drive it to my mechanic to change the alternator. Bought a battery for my car five years ago from BG battery, and thought that it had died this past winter. When I brought my car in to get a new one the representative said that It tested fine, and offered a loner battery while he charged it for me. Also refused payment for the service stating that he will always service a battery bought through them for free.

Would highly recommend this business to anyone in the area. It's refreshing seeing a business bend over backwards to offer top service for their customers. Especially in...

BG Battery is phenomenal! My battery died unexpectedly, and of course the busiest day of my week, and the owner was amazing. He listened as I explained my issue, had me pull into the bay and diagnosed my bad battery within a few minutes. I loved that he explained what he was doing and why it needed replaced as well. Not even 15 minutes later he had the new battery in and I was ready to go. On top of that he has very fair prices compared to an auto part store, or big box store.
