I have never been in a retail store so disheveled and so torn up. It's obvious given the newness of the store and the labor (or lack thereof) working on a holiday weekend that this is NOT a store issue. This is a resources and standards issue either accepted or functionally allowed by district leadership or above. If you read this review this weekend (Veterans Day 2025) and think it's harsh, go see for yourself.

Read moreGood to see that BG has a Burlington. Decent selection. Has bathrooms and fitting rooms. That may not sound like a big deal, but some locations don't. (How a clothes store could have their fitting rooms closed is beyond me.)
Sadly though, this location has a flaw that many locations have: only half the registers are open. It's a Saturday afternoon so the lines are way too long to justify buying anything. Cuz with Burlington, this ain't gonna be a Chick-fil-A line where it's speedy.
