DO NOT SHOP HERE! My son purchased this ring for over $200 including sizing for his girlfriend and she wore it literally four or five days out of the 18 days that she’s had it in her hand and it literally just bent and suffocated her finger this morning while she was typing at work. We promptly came to this business and we were told that they could repair it for more money and the owner was extremely rude and yelled at us and said that they would fix it but not for free and that she sends it out of town and would not tell us where to what jeweler because we could go there ourselves. She insisted that the ring bent because of something she did. This place has no quality. I support small businesses but I suggest you stay away from this one.
Response to your response; Final sale or not this ring should not have bent. She was doing office work when she noticed how tight it was on her finger and that the metal had started to bend and mold around her finger. We didn’t ask for a refund we asked for a repair or a replacement. Which should not cost us anything furthermore due to the fact that it was picked up 2 weeks ago. You are being very arrogant about how I posted a photo of the receipt & it being a final sale, final sale or not you should stand by the quality of your jewelry. You also failed to mention how you refused to tell us who your “out of town jeweler“ is because I told you that whom ever it is I could go there myself and you refused to share that information. You have the worst attitude for being in business, the way you have treated us is no way to treat any customers, we will be sure to never return and tell others the same.
Update: 10/25/22 we have taken this ring to another jeweler and we have learned that this ring should have never been resized from a size 7 to a size 9.5….Any professional jeweler should known this very well. That is the reason why this ring easily bent in the way it did. I still stand by my orginal review that Roxy does not stand behind her products or her “out of town” and highly unprofessional jeweler whom she sends the rings off too for resizing. This should’ve never occurred when she learned that the ring was going to have to be sized 2.5 sizes bigger she should’ve immediately suggested that we exchange the ring for another item and not only that but after paying much more to have the ring resized she blamed the wearer of the ring instead of the poor workmanship on a ring that should’ve never been resized that large because it is sterling silver you can only resize it so big. Unprofessional….. I highly suggest anyone to stay away from this...
Read moreDon’t shop here! Waste of money! Bad service & liars. Paid $500 for earrings, walked out the door, opened the box and noticed they were bent & cheap looking without the store lights to make them shine (not even worth $200)! Go in and ask to exchange them for something else. All 8 earrings I looked at were broke or bent. Ask for my money back she tells me no only exchange. She never once said that all sales were final. Only words out of her mouth was “the final amount she could give them to me for were $475 plus tax because the tag was $699”. Again nothing about final sales. She said if she didn’t discount it then I could have gotten my money back then points to one small sign in the store which I never seen because customers were blocking it. I even tried to find something else but EVERYTHING in the store is cheap gold and over priced. I only went there because it used to be Gordon’s or Littman’s the last time I went there years ago. She tells me to look at my receipt that it says no refund which she tried avoid giving to me telling me the machine connects to WiFi and doesn’t print. Funny my receipt was ripped off without the no refunds on it. She tried lying saying “you took the receipt out of the machine before it printed it” which is total BS!! I pointed at the receipt that it was printing because she was trying to avoid giving it to me. There’s a reason she rushed me through the process! I ended up leaving the store with nothing and now I have to fight the store & my credit card company over this scamming...
Read moreI purchased a band and ring for my soon to be wife, now my wife of two days. The ring was too small and Roxy said she could make it larger. When it came back the stone setting was so thin, that it bent. Roxy blamed my wife. My wife now went back to have it fixed and the stone setting was not set properly and the prongs were wrong. My wife now had it on for 1 day and the stone fell out.. Roxy stated that she would have this corrected, but family in town and a wedding in 4 days we couldn't risk it. I purchased my wife a beautiful set at the kiosk in the Boynton Beach Mall (Temp). When my wife called back today to return the ring Roxy knew was messed up, she told my wife NO. Final Sale!! My wife asked could you please return the band at least, NO Final Sale. This is not a JEWELER that you should go to!! Cheap and does not carry out there word. I have the receipt. Returns are not final and!! No where on the receipt does it say that. Which I will post too. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Total amount $208.65 and she can kick rocks and keep it.... I feel so bad for jewelers that do this to people. I have never dealt with someone so low class. DO...
