Ragg Tagg — Local services in Boynton Beach

I found this store out of pure luck. I was just walking to go to the bathroom and then I saw her store, I walked in because I saw some Sanrio things, and from the looks of it some anime figures. I went in not expecting much, I expected overpriced bootleg items. I went in there and I was fairly surprised by the selection there. There was a lot of anime figures for a decent price, and some cool things. The reason on why I’m giving this place a one star review is because of the customer service. The owner is an passive aggressive, sarcastic and rude person. I asked her the prices for things and you could tell that she was getting annoyed, I was planning to make a purchase and that’s why I was asking the prices. Not to mention that you couldn’t even touch anything! I get it and all, but I think it’s outrageous considering I want to examine the product. And about the overpricing. Some of her prices were crazy! She acts as if Sanrio is a precious gem, and as if Amazon does not exist. I wanted a tiny tiny cinnamoroll keychain and she said it was 20 bucks!!!!! On Amazon it’s 5$, she claims that it’s so expensive due to chinese shipping and I can understand that, but customers should not have to pay extra due to the shipping cost. This place needs new staff, the items are cool it’s just the owner who pisses me off. I watched her be rude to people and when I was talking to her about something she started to mumble that she does not care. I was humiliated in there aswell, when she started mocking me behind my back. She was watching me like a hawk. Horrible customer service, needs...

Apparently I can't give negative 5 stars, so 1 will have to do. Two of my daughters went to this store but will never go again. The "person" and I use that term loosely needs to sue the charm school they attended as they clearly didn't learn a thing.

The eldest of the two took her younger sister (who is Autistic) to this store in the Boynton Beach Mall where they were met at the entrance to Ragg Tagg by what I presume to be the store owner, this person then barked the store rules at the two them. She then proceeded to ask what were they looking for? To which they replied "Mamamoo items" (a very popular KPop group) her reply was astounding " I've never F#$%ing heard of them, I have other stuff though ".

Whoever you are, be thankful I was not there... my kids simply left, I would not have gone so quietly. How dare you.

Avoid this store and the disgusting excuse for a human being who intimidated two young girls who went there to support local business rather than simply purchase the same items for less...

Spend you money elsewhere. The proclaimed owner of this store is rude. My 12 year old son went in this store and when he asked to see Pokemon cards that were in a binder she said she would only open the binder if he bought them. I have never heard of a store owner asking someone to commit to buying anything prior to seeing it, regardless of the nature of the item. When he got home from the mall and told me about the incident I called the store and asked to speak with the manager when a woman answered and asked me who I was and what I wanted prior to giving me any information. Needless to say she defended her unacceptable rude behavior towards my minor child saying "well they are all children, so?". Said proclaimed owner went on and continued to be rude and didn't seem to care if anyone ever bought from her store. If this "Geri" person is the owner, good luck keeping your business afloat.
