Salon NY — Local services in Boynton Beach

I’m new to the area from NY. I’m one of those girls that loves my salon & glam. My slaon becomes my family. I have been searching for a salon to call home and was not having any luck! I have been so spoiled in NY! Then I stumbled upon salon NY ( the name is quite fitting ) . I found my people here! Fist off Sydney is such a sweetie and always slays my hair! Diana H, is Amazing at updos and gave me a runway look to the standards I’m used to! And Ednita the MuA! Just wow! They are all amazing! Even Mary the sweetest lady that washes your hair, a true angel she is so sweet and gives the most thorough wash and bomb massage! The front desk staff should also be mentioned as they are not only super sweet but the are so accommodating. They always work with me if I have last minute requests or need to move things. And might I mention that these girls are so sweet that they hv even come in early a couple times to help me out! If they can they will and if they can’t I’m more than understanding that they tired! So anyhow I highly recommend them! Oh and their prices are on par with NY standards which I appreciate! I tried a few salons before them that were no where near their standards and they gauge you. All hair and makeup looks I attached were done...

After having surgery and not wanting to drive the distance for my usual salon I stopped in here for a wash. Everyone was very nice.

The following week I decided to give them a chance to do my roots. Gabby was pleasant but rushing through my color, it was quite sloppy and she was getting it all over my forehead.

We didnt have time for a blow out so I left with wet hair. I was charged $85 for a root touch up on above the shoulder length hair and again NO BLOW OUT. The salon I go to is in Boca and is way more premium and high end than this salon not to mention clean and the pricing is only $30 apart. I went to my car and saw that my entire forehead and side of my face was totally stained. I was outraged that she let me leave her chair like that on top of charging me full price without having a blow out. I came back into the salon pissed and asked if I could have my face cleaned properly.

The staff is extremely pleasant especially the blonde working the front desk (from first visit) and the shampoo girls but it is no secret that the salon is severely neglected in terms of cleanliness.

Also found multiple grays that she missed. This is absolute a case of price doesn’t justify...
