⚠️ ⚠️ STAY AWAY FROM THIS TACO BELL ⚠️ ⚠️ I ORDERED 4 TACOS FOR MY 8YR OLD TODAY. WHEN SHE OPENS THE BAG TO EAT AFTER WE GET HOME 20 MINS LATER...ONE OF HER TACOS WAS HALF EATEN!!!! I WOULDN'T BELIEVE IT IF I DIDN'T SEE IT FOR MYSELF. SHE ASKED IF I WAS PLAYING A TRICK ON HER...SHE COULDN'T EVEN BELIEVE IT. I CALLED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER (FEMALE HAITIAN WOMEN-SHE WOULDN'T GIVE ME HER NAME) SAID SHE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND SHE WASN'T THE MANAGER WHEN I WAS THERE (SHE JUST STARTED HER SHIFT) SO SHE'D HAVE TO SP TO THE OTHER MNGR THAT ALREADY LEFT TO SEE WHAT THEY DID (AS IF THEY WOULD ADMIT IT SAYING OH YEAH SO AND SO ATE HALF THE TACO BEFORE GIVING IT TO THE CUSTOMER). YEAH-OKAY!! I EVEN GAVE THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND SAID MAYBE SOMEONE HAD THEIR LUNCH PLACED ON THE COUNTER AND SOMEONE GRABBED THE WRONG ITEM ACCIDENTALLY PUTTING IT IN OUR BAG BY MISTAKE (WHICH REALLY WOULD'VE BEEN FAR FETCHED SINCE ALL THE TACOS WERE CUSTOMIZED- SO THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN EXTREME). SHE THEN DEMANDED I DRIVE 20 MINS ONE WAY TO BRING HER THE HALF EATEN TACO AND I TOLD HER I WOULD HAPPILY TEXT OR EMAIL HER A PIC OF THE TACO SINCE SHE INSISTED ON SEEING IT BUT I WOULDN'T BE DRIVING 20MINS ONE WAY TO SHOW HER A TACO. AT THIS POINT I DON'T EVEN WANT MY DAUGHTER EATING THE OTHER 3 TACOS...GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT WAS DONE TO THEM. THIS IS SO DISGUSTING AND SUCH POOR CS- THEN AGAIN IF THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE EATEN CUSTOMER'S FOOD- THERE'S DEFINITELY BIGGER ISSUES GOING ON AT THIS LOCATION INCLUDING SOME SEVERE MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS. THE OTHER THING THAT MADE ME THINK THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED WAS SHE DIDN'T SEEM SURPRISED- JUST KEPT SAYING NOT WHEN SHE'S THERE BUT SHE WASN'T SO MAYBE THE "OTHER" MNGR KNOWS AND SHE THEN LITERALLY SAID TO ME THAT I'D BE SURPRISED TO KNOW THAT LOTS OF PPL COME BACK AND/OR CALL AND SAY THAT THEIR FOOD HAS BEEN PARTIALLY EATEN AND WANT THEIR MONEY BACK. SO IF THIS IS NOT THE FIRST SECOND OR LESS THAN THE 3RD COMPLAINT OF THIS KIND MAYBE YOU LITERALLY HAVE AN EMPLOYEE(S) DOING THIS ON THE REGULAR BC THEY HATE THEIR JOB OR THINK THAT IN SOME WAY IT'S FUNNY.....NOT THAT I SHOULD EXPECT ALOT FROM TACO BELL- BUT THIS JUST TAKES IT TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL OF VILE DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY. Tonight I hit my local Taco Bell at what I now realize was 10 mins before they closed, BUT STILL, they should have just lied to me and said they were closed so I didn’t have to waste my time after a 17 hour day on my feet with only a snack or two ALL DAY and I wouldn’t be home with nothing to eat and disgusted and pissed. If I could give zero stars, I would I wrote a nice long complaint to Taco Bell to tell them who knows if I’ll hear back but I am just gonna leave the photos here so anybody who thinks about going to this Taco Bell quickly pulls into the McDonald’s line instead. I am not sure if I have ever been served something in my 30 years of life that has looked as disgusting and un appealing and so many other things. As a bartender and manager at a nearby restaurant, if ANYONE ever even put these ROCKS on a plate/box, They’d be fired on the spot for even thinking these could be anywhere even close to an acceptable, or the least bit edible, “chicken nuggets“ they can’t even be classified as food to anyone that gives any kind of shit about their job or even the human they handed this too. OH YEAH ITS ALSO A NEW SPECIAL ITEM THEY HAVE ADVERTISED EVERYWHERE) looking like perfect little golden nuggets lol. Needless to say it’s late, I was SO hungry. And I’m irritated. THIS IS DEFINITELY AN UNDERSTATEMENT! If you listen to the video I’m posing. They are harder than a rock smh. By far this is the worst “looking” thing I have ever been expected to eat. I think I’ll save them and go back tomorrow and see if anyone there would bite these. UGH PLEASE DISPOSE OF WHICH EVER TRASH BAG EMPLOYEE THAT DID THIS. I’d have rather been told they were 86 or some BS if the lazy mf couldn’t make some fresh ones in the past idk 3 days??? Is what it looks like??? Jesus I have spent too much time being angry about this save your time and go to McDonald’s. They have never served me anything even close to this...

I recently visited Taco Bell and focused on trying their vegetarian options, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. A few creative options like specialty lemonades, flavored iced teas, or seasonal beverages would definitely elevate the meal and make the experience feel more complete.

Overall, Taco Bell shines with its vegetarian menu and reliable flavors, making it a great spot for a quick, affordable, and satisfying meal. If they could expand or refresh their drink selection, it would easily become a go-to place for both food...
