The food was ok and they were nice however I have an issue. I quickly checked my bag for quantity (which is why I didn’t realize my food was wrong) and saw that an egg roll was missing, which I was able to go back and they gave me 2. That was great. Now chow mein is noodles that looks similar to lo mein. For some reason wok inn’s chow mein is something completely different but they don’t specify this in their website. Now granted they do say that it comes with white rice, however that did not indicate what their dish really is. I called them the same night but they were already closed so I called the next day(earlier today) and was told basically that their chow mein is different (because customers confuse Lo mein and chow mein) even though every other Chinese place has noodles. (This is like buying a cheeseburger then receiving a chicken sandwich or cheese and ham sandwich because the restaurant says that customers confuse hamburgers and cheeseburgers up but their menu doesn’t mention any of this). No offer to rectify the situation once I stated that it doesn’t say that on their website and how would I know that they’ve made their own version ? I paid a good amount of $ as a first time customer. They only gave one hot oil with my large order and the egg rolls don’t taste like they have any meat in them. I wouldn’t be surprised if they decided to make them veggie egg rolls but don’t list it as such on their menu. I’ve included a photo of what they call chow mein. No one ate it bc of how it looks and we weren’t in the mood for broth, chicken and veggies like food ( you can’t see the liquid in the Phil because it’s the same clear color as the some of those veggies). The fork is in there because I wanted to make sure there weren’t any noodles before I called. You can google what chow mein is and clearly see that this...

I loved the first owners who were very nice people and their quality of the food was a lot better with the old owners as well. They were very fair. Used to get a lot more food for less money and better quality. With the new owners The front desk girl has a very bad attitude each time I call in for delivery. Does not know the menu when I ask questions can never seem to get my order right and I'm always missing something. I had a $5 credit plus a free egg roll on my account for a missed order from the past and was told to mention it the next time I ordered. Come the next time I mentioned the credit and she wouldn't give me the credit stating that there was no proof. I have been ordering from this location for over 2 years and it has just gotten worse and worse. Even the food quality is lacking more and more. Just shameful how a new owner would take a good business and run it into ruins. On top of it all their charges make no sense. The business owner is adding in tip and delivery charge to my order and taxing those charges as well. When I asked the driver if they are aware of this they said yes but there is nothing they can do about it. They told me they don't even get the entire amount that I am charged and that they are taxed again on what they do get to keep. This has got to stop because we are all hard working people and this is wrong. I'm going to report them to the better business bureau as well and I will no longer be ordering from...

Honestly I used to love this place up until last night. I’m a pescatarian and I placed an everything shrimp order with them online then proceeded to call to make sure that my order was just shrimp and nothing else. My order not only arrived over an hour late but after taking 2 bites of my “sweet and sour shrimp” I realized they brought me CHICKEN???? I called them to complain and instead of asking for a refund or anything she insincerely apologized and had her delivery driver bring me 4 pieces of fried shrimp and still had the audacity to charge me. I called the next morning asking to speak to the manager and the lady who answered has an attitude with me and decided to argue instead of immediately offering a full refund and apology. She instead blamed her staff and got into with me to the point she said if I want a refund then just had an attitude. I’m disgusted with this establishment and how they handled this situation. I would strongly advise you to stay away from here if you’re looking for a place who cares about their customers. Arguing as a restaurant owner is distasteful and disrespectful to the community supporting them. I’m still in disbelief that I ate chicken and she didn’t see anything...

I really hate to leave a review like this, but this is some of the worst chinese food I’ve ever had. I ordered the cashew chicken with chicken fried rice and a wonton soup. Overall the food was bland and flavorless, and the quality chicken that was used is very strange. It was kinda rubbery and flat. The cashews were undercooked, the rice was decent but the chicken in the rice was so abnormally white that my roommate thought it was egg. Chicken isn’t supposed to look like that. The wonton soup tasted very inauthentic, like the person who made it mixed powder and water for the broth and it was very pale in color. Usually wonton soup comes with green onions and there were none. I was really looking forward to trying this place but it completely missed the mark for me. Maybe cashew chicken isn’t their strong suit and there are better dishes to try on the menu, But I would stay away from the cashew chicken.

We love our Chinese food but as for the past several years we have def seen a decline in Quality when it comes to Fast Food Chinese. We were very plenty surprise with this place. Not only was 95% off the food good, but it was tasty, not over salted and reasonably priced. And the portions were good. Their veggie fried rice was great, their veggie lo main was tasty and their boneless ribs were wayyyy better than their spare ribs. There was no meat and real taste on the spare ribs. And all of the spring rolls and egg rolls were also quite tasty, as well as their soups. Our bills was $78, and that was to feed 5 adults and 2 children. Which I thought was very reasonable! I would def suggest trying this place at least once, you may just be pleasantly surprised!
