Natural Blends Nutrition Cafe — Restaurant in Boynton Beach

Found this place and started frequenting here because I usually go to Juiceberry but this is closer to me . Ordered the same thing through door dash this time but on this particular day the girl working there told the dasher that the item had not been paid for which is odd because I’m very familiar with Toast and there is no way to dispatch a delivery order without it being paid for. DoorDash and I both tried contacting the store to explain this to her but the line was busy . I canceled the order and came up in person to order my smoothie and asked to speak to the manager to see how this happened, showing the receipt in which the item had been paid for , this same girl responded “ the manager isn’t here I’m just an employee “ I went on to order my smoothie I add peanut powder which is 1.50 up charge , I see them shuffling around back there looking for it and I guess they were out so the girl goes to put regular peanut butter in . I stopped her and asked her what if I was counting my macro nutrients or was diabetic. These girls need to be trained properly !! before they run your business into...

I am a very dissatisfied customer at natural blends I placed an online order at 8:36 in the morning it was 9am when I walked into the store and my order was still incomplete. It is 9:05 and I am still standing in your store waiting to be served. I am livid st the poor customer service and poor management as far as scheduling and the service in general was beyond poor. I will be leaving this exact review on google. So others who value their time and money don’t waste it at this establishment.

I am very pleased with the correction I received from the manager at natural blends. Sara called me back and personally apologized for the inconvenience and explained the steps she will be taking with her team to ensure better customer service. This is the kind of leadership that is admired and makes major differences in establishments. First and foremost, I'd like to start off by saying whoever is reading this to have a spectacular day! To continue, I workout at the planet fitness right next door to Natural Blends. I go in before my workout for " pre-work out" and after for my post smoothie but what has me so hooked on this place I'd have to say is the customer service! Now... The atmosphere, the food menu, drink menu, and last but not least, the amount of options of supplements you can explore at this place is absolutely phenomenal!! But I had the pleasure of speaking to Meghan and Gabby as they were the one's to take care of me and I must say, they make a TREMENDOUS team!! Not only were they quick with the order but they really make sure you are taken care of, while still maintaining a conversation with you and making you feel welcome and want to come back! To conclude, I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone as they have a wide variety of options to everyone!!! 10/10...
