Sanctuary Cannabis Boynton Beach Dispensary — Local services in Boynton Beach

I have used Sanctuary in Boynton Beach a few times since relocating here from the Boston area. The store is clean and beautifully decorated. I was impressed by the appearance. I was greeted by 2 male staff members, who were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and didn't make me feel stupid (as I learn about the world of cannabis). Sam was very easy to talk to, he was willing to help and answer all my questions. He was like the "Professor of Cannabis"- great guy! OMG, I feel so bad because I forget the other guy's name, ? Vinny/Vincent ...he was equally friendly and helpful. At a recent visit- there had really good deals. I got a mix and match of edible cookies, 2 carts, 2 disposables and joints. I liked everything except the cookies, they were hard and dry. Disappointing, but they were eaten anyways :( My last visit, they were less deals.... so I purchased less, but I love their disposables. Like the hybrids and sativas. They don't deliver that super high, they make me feel chill, relaxed, I can still function, not sleepy...brings the anxiety down. Probably the nicest staff with the weirdest, oddest and most asinine procedure when using ATM or CC. Get this; the staff told me that they had to “round up” my cost because that’s how the system works so, my charge of $45 was rounded up to $50 AND. then they charged me an additional $3 for the ATM fee so the total charge was $53 now GET THIS…. now they give me cash back of $5 which was the original round up amount. They charge the customer a $3 fee and then they give you back cash after they round up your total cost. That was the first and last time I visit that dispensary. I have opened up numerous bars, clubs and other businesses and never have I ever experienced such substandard financial protocols. I am just baffled at whoever approved that policy and question...

Great products and pricing...BUT when your hours on your door say you are open until 9, they should stay open until 9. I got there at 8:32 and the very unkind bald gentleman told me that they closed at 8:30. I told him that the door says they are open until 9. He told me the door did not say that, so I pointed it out to him. Instead of honoring the hours posted, he took a picture of the door, said "sorry" to me and proceeded to close the door in my face.
