I booked Chef Greg for a corporate event of executives, members, board members, and staff. He's was incredibly accommodating with regard to the menu and the various dietary restriction we needed to consider. He was competitively priced, professional, and extremely helpful. He met us at the venue to scope out the accommodations and helped us to procure necessary items. On game night, he and his staff were professional, friendly, and hospitable. The food was mouth-watering and received rave reviews across the board. I've eaten A LOT of banquet chicken and pork in my day -- banquet food in general is typically cold and bland. The meats were cooked to absolute perfection, all the sides were equally delicious AND the perfect temperature. No small feat considering the meeting that preceded dinner ran longer than expected. We first met Greg at a private cooking class hosted by a neighbor. Greg was fun and easy to interact with and the meal was absolutely fabulous and perfect for the sophisticated dinner. Twice Greg catered a large (200 people) backyard Oktoberfest for us, to rave reviews from ALL of our guests who never went hungry or thirsty throughout the 6+ hour party. We called on Greg to cater an elegant private dinner for us and 3 other couples within our home that undoubtedly raised the bar on special gatherings with our friends. When COVID made going out impossible and/or complicated, twice Greg delivered spectacular no-contact catered meals (with easy directions for assembly) to help us celebrate family milestones & holidays.
