Update: happened to go to Chipotle tonight, and while I know it’s received some bad reviews recently so this might be a fluke, had a great experience. No ingredients missing, everyone working was super pleasant and nice, seemed clean, and saw someone cleaning too. We will try UberEats again sometime, too, and update after.
Prior Review: I never give bad reviews, but almost feel obligated to in this case, both to warn people away, and to preserve Chipotle’s good name. (Chipotle restaurants everywhere else I’ve ever been to are great!)
We have given this Chipotle two tries, ordering online both times. We also tried to go in person several times, but gave up on that, because every time we went, even during normal business hours when it said online they were open, they were in fact closed. Never again, online or in person, unless we see a change in their recent reviews.
Both times we got food for delivery, there was a truly bizarre, insultingly small amount of food, with multiple orders missing, and also multiple items missing from the orders that were fulfilled. For example, once they were out of tortillas among other items, didn’t tell us at any point ahead of time, so one “burrito” was just a pile of plain meat with some cheese sprinkled on top - no lettuce, no salsa, no sour cream, nothing else! We were reimbursed for the completely missing items (only after I contacted Uber eats), but not for the completely inadequately filled orders. When you expect to order out, wait excitedly for your food, and that’s what you receive when you have 4 hungry kids & 2 parents to feed… just wow.
The only advantage of ordering from this particular Chipotle is that it’s such a joke, you get to feel like you are part of a hidden camera show.
It’s especially sad for our family because Chipotle is usually our favorite fast food restaurant, everywhere else it has fresh ingredients, veggies the kids will eat (and rice & beans are a whole protein for them), and all for a reasonable price. We were pretty regular customers back when we lived...
Read moreOk, so I’m not normally one to write a review on a restaurant or any business for that matter, but, as the other reviews make clear, this particular chipotle has some bad management issues. Nevertheless, I’ll still start with the positive. Every time I get food at this chipotle (burritos, tacos, salads/bowls, etc.) the actual FOOD/MEAL part of it is quite good. Unfortunately, thats really the only good thing they got going for them. Now for the negative. Sometimes this chipotle location is just straight up closed on days when it should be open. Who knows why, probably staffing or supply issues if I had to take a guess or just bad management. Also, they RARELY EVER have chips for sale. Yes, you read that right, this a chipotle that almost never has chips for sale. I would understand if it were just a day or two due to a broken fryer or something but were talking almost all the time as far as I’m concerned, this place NEVER has chips, it almost unacceptable from a business that advertises them so hugely, could almost be considered false advertising since they never have them. On every occasion I’ve come here they are usually also out of something else too be it chicken, white rice, carnitas, etc. Does the manager of this place understand how supply and demand work?? Seems like they don’t. Lastly, as others have stated, the employees aren’t usually the best either. Rarely do I get “Have a nice day” after I leave the register, but I don’t really care about that very much because I’m guessing the employees are probably also suffering from the poor management. If you want the same type of food and atmosphere but better service, with friendlier employees and CHIPS, then drive a mile down the road and go to the Qdoba. Also they always have all their food options in stock unlike Bozeman chipotle. But I really hope to see this chipotle improve soon, that might take some new...

I honestly used to go here for years 5 days a week pre pandemic and they often ran out of ingredients or had other problems. Also some of the staff really needs to review how to properly wrap a burrito! During the pandemic it is almost impossible to eat here! The app currently says they are closed and you cannot order online. When I called they said to try online which is a much slower process that timed out twice. After 45 minutes I finally tried to place the order but was denied because they had closed due to the new covid hours. When I asked to speak to a manager to inform them about the app issues they simply said no. I love chipolte for the decently priced tasty fresh food but the customer service here truly needs some help.
Update: 9/28/21 This restaurant is a complete joke. I love chipotle in general but this location is a complete disaster. They are out of something 100% of the time I go there (4+ times a week) and when they are out of chicken and I have to go with another protein they don't apologize or offer to match the chicken price. They haven't had chips for longer than I remember, they open and close at random times depending on how they feel, whenever they feel short staffed they close in person ordering and wait times can be 20+ minutes. Don't even bother ordering online, your order will be incomplete with no refund or compensation. This place is a joke, I wish chipotle head management would come in and fire all the local management and re-start with some decently competent non half wit people. The current managers are absolute fools. Please save...
