Went in early June 2023 and were pretty disappointed at the prices, game selection, and upkeep. Games were broken and dirty. A lot of the VR headsets had stretched out straps and didn’t fit well. For VR to work properly, the headsets have to fit well. At $7-10 a pop, it was unfortunate the headsets were poorly fit/unkept. They have it set up so you don’t really know what you’re spending per game. You put dollars on the cards, but the games are credits (i.e. you put $40 on a card, but the game costs 12,000 credits ???). There was a Razor scooter available as a prize for something like 10,000 tickets (we spent $150 for 3 kids and ended up with 700 tickets total as a reference—in all fairness my littles did spend money on the non-ticket games too). The owner hadn’t even bothered to take off the Walmart clearance sticker from the Razor box. Perhaps this place was better when it was first opened? (edit: re to owner- thank you for proving my point… it’s very difficult to determine...

Big Sky Arcadia was so fun for our sons 6 year old birthday. We rented the birthday room and put $20 on play cards for the 5 kids we had and it was all smiles and laughs for the hour we were there. The lighting was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The games all worked great. Have to say the VR Rollercoaster games were the most popular with our group. We had screaming, laughing, some crying and all emotions in between from how real it looked. Below are the pics and vids. So pumped to have a place for our kids to go and have fun in town! Make sure to check it out at the mall in the old Sears store. We will be going...
Read moreThe games are in my opinion overpriced and not a lot of fun. The options seem limited. Not arcade like. Like walking into a digital circus with no hope of winning anything. No soul caliber, no street fighter, no mortal combat, no cruisin America. Not an actual arcade. When we went in, there was one teenage boy working alone who seemed as though he despised his job. Never once smiled, was vague, and not happy to assist with newcomers purchasing the game cards. No bathroom, no good mucis and the lighting is pretty lame. Besides being in the mall that sells amazing pretzels, probably...
