If there was an option for a negative 1 star review I would do it. We built a new house over a yr and half ago and we got flooring from Monteriors and the rep told us that this flooring has a 25yr warranty and we thot thats wonderful we will go with that. He never told us that the floorings warranty isn’t covered because we installed it our self. My husband has been doing construction for over 15yrs he is more than capable of doing it himself and doing the right way. It literary has chips and dings almost on every piece. I used a magic eraser on it because of shoe marks and it now has dual marks on it. So I decided to use organic non toxic cloths and it still left marks. That is NOT instillation error as they call it. Needless to say we are very disappointed in how they treated us regarding our flooring and we will not be buying from them again. We also bought flooring for our bathroom and it is starting to crack as well and the rep confessed to us that they put it on clearance cause they were having trouble with it. We have friends that got the same flooring as we did for their bathroom as well and theirs isn’t...

The flooring place had a great selection. I wanted to replace my floors with vinyl planks, and get new counter tops in my kitchen.The customer service and communication at the Flooring Place could have been substantially better.For example, on the first day the workers were here, I was called and asked what they was supposed to do. The project took a lot longer than I had expected from my conversations with the project manager. The finish work was poor in some areas and the workers threw out 2 rocks from my fireplace. The vinyl planks were placed over the linoleum in the kitchen so there is a rise from the dining area into the kitchen. I was not happy with the response of the owner when he came out to look at the finish work - he seemed dismissive and to minimize some of my concerns. Ultimately, the worker came back out and finally completed the project in a way that was satisfactory. I like my floors but the process was way more stressful than it needed to be. I ultimately ordered my counter tops from another business in town. They were extremely professional and installed...

The salesman I worked with was helpful and knowledgable about product but did not bring up price points until after product was selected. I ended up feeling cornered into purchasing something more expensive than I initially wanted. I feel like price point should have been brought up sooner by the salesman. Regardless, the flooring is beautiful and I did save money on install. Once the order was placed the salesman failed to follow up on delivery timing. He quoted a time frame much shorter prior to the order being placed. Once order was in he was incredibly difficult to get a hold of via text, phone or email. I actually don't think I spoke with him after the order was placed, other members of the team helped me out when I called to inquire about delivery timing. Please note, I'm understanding of the fact that delivery timeframes from manufacturer are ever changing in our current climate but correspondence from the salesman would have been more professional and...
