Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Bozeman

TLDR; Overal, you should not come here. I would recommend you go right across the street to Old Chicago for a better experience. Don't even give it the time of day. Its honestly a joke over here.

We have been coming here for years and as of late, it has just gotten worse and worse... the service takes forever and I believe this has something to do with the restaurant being severely understaffed. At our recent visit, the bartender took over 20 minutes to actually get us our drink orders. At one point a couple came up to the bar and tried to order drinks (as they were waiting for a table) and she refused, saying that they were unable to let them have drinks while they waited. What??

During our time at the bar, our bartender actually left without telling us or giving any indication that they were not coming back, and a different person (apparently pulled from the kitchen) was supposed to be the new bartender. The entire time they were behind the bar they talked about how they didn't know anything about the system didn't know how to make drinks and was seemingly confused about their overall objectives. From the time of actually getting a food order in, our meals (which were just appetizers) took about 2 hours to arrive and was of unsatisfactory condition with feathers attached, etc. When we went to check out the bill was over a $100 for really late drinks and sub-par appetizers.

To the owner/manager: If you don't have enough staff to operate at full capacity, then you need to close sections and account for and allocate the small amount of staff you do have working for you. Stretching people so thin they cannot handle the work load doesn't...

I don't often leave a one star review, always try and find a redeeming quality, but this place has been very consistently subpar. Over the last 6 months, have order 3 times, each time it's something different, but this last time was it. Won't be going hack.

First the fries were old and stale likely last of the cooked ones before fresh were to be made. Second order was wrong on all but 1 item. The boneless order had no sauce, were overcooked, and hard, the were not fresh to the order. The tenders were okay, not sauced as requested, not even a sauce on the side. Ordered another 10 traditional wings, they were sauce, but only 6 in the container. With the price of wings I'd like what was paid for. The other boneless was correct. So 1/4 on the orders.

The waitress working the pickup area seemed annoyed or upset that people were picking up food. Left a 10% tip on the order even though it was pick up only, not required, but hey I get that's how they make a living, but you would think with a tip they would at least review the order was correct.

Overall, this has been the experience everytime we order, after the third time I can't justify spending anymore here. Hopefully something better comes along, but if you're reading this to determine if you want to eat here, don't. Save yourself the disappointment and find somewhere else to spend your hard earned money, they won't...

It might be a good place to eat if you are sitting at the bar, ordering drinks, and some apps. Maybe a small order. But do NOT go with a group. I have been to BWWs in several states and got the same experience at every single one of them. This one was no exception.

Going with a group? Good luck getting refills on drinks. Have a large order? You won't get at least one of them. You will ask your server to get it, they will complain about the kitchen staff when you are ready to leave, you will ask your server to adjust your bill, they will tell you they will get the manager. They will come back with a bill that has been changed, but if you look closely the items will be combined (if you wanted the wings adjusted) into a bigger order to disguise it.

Don't worry to-go order peeps, I got you covered too. You thought you were safe huh? NOPE! You will get there, they will show you your order, but rather than pairing things up together, they just go through each box. It seems like you have everything.... so you drive home. You get there, start distributing food, then BAM! It hits you. They didn't give you one of the split mediums or large, so you are missing 6 or so wings of your favorite sauce. You can call them, drive up there, get those wings, but at the end of the day, with your soul crushed, you made 2 trips to come back to cold wings and soggy fries. Every. Buffalo Wild...
