Not sure what the bad reviews are about but we loved this place! It appeared clean and organized and had a plethora of affordable products both name brand and generic. There were 2 or 3 employees.. didn't really appear to be doing anything but standing near the front however maybe they had nothing to do at the time so can't fault them for that. The young gentleman with the longer hair was their when we went to check out and he was kind and smiled...since we weren't paying in cash we did have to do self checkout which I guess is becoming the norm for most businesses now. The Five Below newest store on Manatee and 75th has been open since October 2023. This hidden gem of a store is loved by teens, twens, and all in between. They have the cutest stuff in most categories. Clothes, pet products, candies, blankets, and sweet little pillows. Toys, health, and beauty. Thing a bobs and thing amagigs, things a plenty! this location had potential but the workers are so lazy that they can’t even open the store for a whole 8 hours lol they don’t actually close at 9 or 9:30 they close at 6 and i came in there a little while ago and heard the worker say they didn’t have enough people when there was literally 5 people i could count that were on shift.. there isn’t any registers it’s all self checkout so i don’t see why they need to close so early it’s just laziness in...
