Revised review. I had originally given this restaurant five stars but have had to revise it down to one star. Teo bad experiences in a row. The first experience, we asked for a few extra like more fortune cookies so the kids could have them. We were charged for that as well as an extra condiment, although we weren't warned we'd be charged.
The second issue was worse and dangerous. We ordered shrimp with lobster sauce. One person in our party has multiple allergies so we asked that it be cooked with no eggs. We double-checked the menu to make sure there were no other ingredients that needed to be left out. All looked well and it arrived and smelled delicious. Fortunately one of our people noticed that there was fake crab in it. ("Krab") we grabbed the food out of her hands and phoned the restaurant. Yes they added fake crab to it. But there was no warning and one of us is allergic. "You have to tell us and check with us." why would we tell you someone is allergic to something if it's not listed on the menu as being in the dish? "It's not listed, right. That's why you have to tell us."
Understand, if this person had eaten the fake crab, best case scenario they would have visited the hospital and been given oxygen. Worst case? I don't even want to go there.
No apology. No offer to replace the dish. An entire birthday dinner completely spoiled. I don't care how good the food is. The lack of caring about customers? Not acceptable. Especially where allergies...
Read moreHorrible food. They changed the order without asking. They charged for two egg rolls but only provided one. The noodles were not provided. The shrimp were overcooked. Initially, they told me that they didn't offer delivery and that I would have to place the order through Door Dash. I called twice, and they asked me if they had received my order from Door Dask. They told me that they didn't. I then placed an order with a different restaurant.
TL: DR I can't imagine worse restaurant food or worse service. I never wrote a negative review before, but I must warn future customers. When I discussed these issues with an associate, she pretended not to understand me. She connected me to her manager, who blamed me for their poor customer service. When I continued to try to explain, she pretended not to speak English and hung up on me.
WARNING: Do not eat at this restaurant. The food is poor, and the service is as bad as possible. Their lack of concern for their customers reflects their hostile attitude toward criticism. They must get a lot of complaints since their response it to blame the restaurant patron,
My wife and I have enjoyed Chinese food for 60 years. An animal wouldn't eat this food unless it were starving.

Read moreMy family ordered pick up after a long day at the baseball field. We're new to town and looking for our "go to" Chinese restaurant. We ordered the hot and sour soup, General Tso's and broccoli beef.
The Hot and Sour soup was delicious. It was HOT and SOUR and filled with vegetables, tofu and I think, chicken!? The portion was large.
The General Tso's combination meal I ordered seemed like a small portion at first, but after the soup I ended up with enough for two meals. The chicken had a wonderful crunch, which I thought would be impossible with the amount of tasty, slightly spicy, sauce. It also came with an egg roll ( I was too full to try it! next time ) and pork fried rice, which was exactly how I'd expect pork fried rice to taste.
My husband had the broccoli beef and he raved about it. I'm anti-broccoli so I didn't try it. But, two of my kids ate it and so that's pretty impressive.
The service was prompt and the prices were fair. I can't...
