07-28-17 Was my first and last time visiting this location. My experience here was absolutely horrible and disgusting. Around 9:15 pm, my friend and I (both black) rushed in for some cool fitness gear before closing time. There were a few (white) people entering also as we were walking in. An employee was walking near all of us and once we all went into our own directions, he stopped and headed right behind me and my friend instead of the other customers. Store was clean and well organized. Employees drifted by us every now and then but wouldn't even smile or say hello. They would just stare awkwardly and mumble into a headset as they tampered with random shelves. After 2 minutes of browsing, the employee who became our shadow, approached me and asked if I needed help and I told him no thanks. We continued to browse and the same employee just kept following us around. He wasn't friendly or helpful at all; just flat out creepy. No smile or anything. Just mumbling into a headset while fixing random items nearby. I became so uncomfortable. It was so obvious that we weren't welcomed there so we headed straight towards to door. On our way out, that employee yelled out to us "Have a nice night!" while in synch with the voice of a distant female employee yelling "See ya'!"...
They were more excited about us leaving than us coming!
They didn't Make a peep at the sight of us entering but literally cheered and threw confetti upon our exit.
I will not be visiting this location anymore. I dont like the way they made me feel.

Read moreI purchased a pair of shorts and headed to my car. When I got to the car I realized I got the wrong sized, so I went back in to exchange them. As I walked back inside I was greeted by an employee who I just saw with “we close at 7PM, that’s in 10 minutes”. I was obviously aware of the time. I just want to grab the correct size and return the others. I quickly grabbed what I needed and headed to the counter. There I was told by another employee it took 15 minutes for a receipt to register in their system. The employee then said “we close at 7PM, my clock reads 6:53PM, we open at 9AM tomorrow you’ll have to come back then”. Well I stood there and debated what I wanted to to I was told twice more they closed at 7PM. I realize y’all close at 7PM but, a little customer service would’ve been nice. Read moreI had to hunt down someone to assist me and the person gave me the biggest size shoe for the style I wanted and never mentioned that I could purchase the shoe in a bigger side online if that didn’t work for me. I was looking to purchase wrestling gear for my son and started with shoes but the sales woman walked off without helping find headgear, mouthpiece, etc which could not only increase sales but customer satisfaction. I struggled to find headgear and decided I would just go on Amazon yo purchase the rest of his equipment and gym bag. I am pleased with the shoes and the headgear worked out (thank goodness) but my experience would have been better with proper assistance. Also at checkout the 3 women at checkout where huddled up chatting instead of calling the next customer so I simply took it upon myself to walk over and get assistance...
