If I were to grade the folks who assisted me I'd say a 5 stars š. But the store and person in customer service a 3 stars. In most business I have dealt with if you don't have your credit card on you with establishment they ask for license and have you type on board with number in front on counter your social security number and this wasn't the case with this store so I was outraged with this target. 2nd the young woman believed it was skyla was not really a individual who should be placed in stock the back of the store and not front. There was a older gentleman there who could have interjected but he was negligent as well. The young female had a attitude and my acquaintance try to help as best he could, we both tried to place our email in the little box and it didn't help because that particular day I and them try to follow our prompt that was sent to us and we both did it more than 3 times. I literally had to encourage her to take my phone š± and gave her a compliment that you young folks are computer savvy so you try it didn't work for her either. I wouldn't recommend target again for anyone. I was disgruntled I couldn't get discount I'm a senior and college student so I have a tight budget so I look for deals and discounts any store I may shop. My grandson needed some clothing and I did my due diligence to help his mom who is a single mother with no help for my grandson. I'll pay my bill but put my card to the side and sad thing about it my account is under a hundred. I'm saddened I couldn't get additional clothing for my grandson that was on sale. Definitely won't refer or return to any of your establishments unless it's necessary that I can't find items online shopping or at any other department stores other than Target stores, what a horrible...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a horrible experience with a rude employee when simply trying to ask for help finding a product on the floor. When I couldnāt find the item I was looking for, I found an employee and asked if she could assist because the website showed the store had 5 in stock.
Before even trying to look for it she says something like āIām telling you, we donāt have it.ā (We werenāt even in the item aisle) Then she begins scrolling on her phone looking for it, the whole time acting super annoyed and muttering under her breath they donāt have it. She keeps scrolling and acts like she canāt find anything and says āI told you. We donāt have itā in the rudest way possible (Like she was saying āI told you soā). I just left because I was shocked at the interaction and that someone with such a terrible demeanor is working in customer service. She literally acted as if I was asking the world of her.
I didnāt believe her that she was actually tried looking for it and decided to place an order pickup for the item at the same store. GUESS WHAT!! IT WAS IN STOCK and was available for pickup two hours later. So, I returned to the store and picked it up. If she did her job and didnāt act incredibly annoyed at me for asking for help, I wouldnāt have had to waste my time and return to the store. She did not even go to the aisle to help me look, she just put in the most minimal effort by scrolling on her phone and wrongly claiming the store didnāt have any. Why work in customer service if you get annoyed when you need to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have always like to shop at Target because the quality of products, choices of products and decent prices. There were always friendly people but this visit I have to say Target has me as a loyal customer. I know during this time it is tough especially for people 65 and older so I completely respect and appreciate Target for being diligent with this. However I am not over 65 and I needed to get to Target to buy an outfit for my mother to be buried in. Because I been dealing with loosing Mom I was just running around trying to get things done not paying attention to the time. As I was walking in the gentleman at the door kindly reminded me of the guidelines. He was already being kind but when I told him I just needed to get in and out to get the clothes to the funeral home he gave my his condolences and let me proceed in. The woman at the register was very kind as well. She was very caring and thoughtful as I fumbled through my bad to find my card and started to stress as I felt I was taking too much of her time... but she reassured me I was ok and to take as much time as possible. When I was at the Stoughton, MA target the previous day I found out about my mother's passing while I was checking out line. The woman there was so kind and allowed me to stand there for how ever long I needed. We take for granted the people who are there and just go in and out with no thought, but the last two days your employees reminded me of how kind...
