Bridge Street Bazaar — Local services in Brandenton Beach

Nice store with lots of different items. However, the customer service was awful. Very rude employees talking very loudly about wishing all the customers would leave. They turned on and off the music several times while we were in there and we're saying how they wished they had a loud speaker where they could say they were closed. Apparently they closed at 9 pm and it was a few minutes before when we entered. The doors were open, lights were on and hours posted on window were "Open 7 days a week 9 am to 10 pm". When this was brought to there attention they began arguing with customers. I feel bad for the owner that he has hired people like this to work in his shop and they are treating customers like this. I was in yesterday when an encounter happened with a swimsuit. The swimsuit was obviously worn and how it was shown it was clear it was snagged by the new owner. I had to privilege of having to be behind the "I tore my own swimsuit child" because thats what we acted like. The manager and employee were both VERY nice and kept it together. I have my own business and I will say they would of been removed within the first few minutes from my store. Also, the manager being on the phone texting? My daughter bought a bathing suit. She tried it on and loved it. She came back to the house we rented for our vacation and got in the hot tub with it on and immediately found a hole in it. We tried to take it back hours after it was bought. The assistant manager made an employee give the messages to us as she was on her phone texting behind her. Finally the assistant manager came up to the counter, was rude and told us we would have to come back and talk to the manager the next day. She did give us the option to spend another $35 to get a new bathing suit. $80 + $35 isn't the math...
