I had the best experience at this dental office! I had just moved from out of state and did not have a local dentist. I had a temporary filling that fell out of a root canal and the tooth needed a crown. I called and spoke to super friendly front desk staff who were able to get me in the next day, even being a new patient. When I arrived, the dental assistant, Andrea was so friendly and put me instantly at ease. She was able to explain all the procedures so that I knew what to expect. After Dr. Mueller examined my tooth and determined that I needed a crown, I got ready to leave and reschedule another appointment when Andrea explained to me they could do it immediately. I have never experienced that before. About 45 minutes later, I left with a temporary crown and a lot less pain. Dr Mueller was very gentle and also took the time to explain what he was taking care of. Overall it was the best dental experience I have ever had! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Update: 10/24/22 I returned to the office for a cleaning appointment that I had been putting off and rescheduling for about 6 months. I knew I had a gum issue that would most likely require extensive and what I believed to be painful treatment. Finally the pain was too great and I had to go get it looked at. I was able to see Andrea again and as unbelievable as it is, she was even more amazing this time! She recognized my fear and hesitation to get treatment. She told me about options that I was not aware of and went over the treatment plan with me to make sure I understood. She understood and alleviated my financial concerns and like the previous visit, were able to get me in immediately for the treatment that I needed. Lisa cleaned my teeth and was amazing as well. She explained everything that she was doing and was extremely gentle. It turned out my issue was not as bad as I feared but had Andrea not helped me through my fear and made it possible for me to allow, them to treat me, it would have become much worse. I have complete faith in all of the staff at this office and will never hesitate to get dental care as long as it is at the office! I donāt know if I could ever adequately explain how much of a difference Andrea made but she is one of those people that makes such an impact on you that changes a part of your life! I am so thankful to call this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter having some "traumatic" and uncomfortable experiences with previous dentists (yes, plural), I was extremely apprehensive to make my well-overdue dental appointment. However, we know how important dental health is.
Making the appointment for my first visit was easy and done online flawlessly. Upon my first visit with X-rays and initial evaluation, I was presented with a proposed treatment plan which outlined my costs as a patient as well as what the expected reimbursement from my insurance would be. My second visit consisted of a cleaning and two fillings (which was this past Monday 1/20/2025); at check out and scheduling my 6 month visit, I paid what was outlined on my treatment plan.
I wanted to wait a few days before leaving this review (and once the numbness wore off) because the true test of this transparent review was going to be how my mouth felt a few days after. Referring back to my "traumatic" experience with a previous dentist, I had fillings completed then, and I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable afterwards. It was difficult to brush my teeth and floss for WEEKS after that work was done, and I swore I would never go back to that dentist again. However, after having fillings done this past Monday?! It's a complete 180 from what I felt previously. My jaw is still slightly sore (HELLO! You're keeping your mouth open while the doctor is drilling and filling.), but I have not had ANY discomfort with my usual oral hygiene routine.
Overall, 5 stars for friendliness (all staff, hygienist, and doctor), transparency (treatment plans should ALWAYS be provided with a breakdown of potential patient responsibility -- NO SURPRISES!), professional and clean office, and ZERO post-procedural discomfort. Next step is to have my husband schedule his overdue dental visit with Dental...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI became a patient of Dental Associates of Florida (DAOFL) in November of 2024. While working my way through a difficult loss in my life, I presented with an emergent health issue requiring dental clearance prior to a serious surgery. This review is coming from an individual that does NOT enjoy dental visits! š„“
My first phone conversation was with Leslie at (DAOFL). Leslie was kind, understanding of my urgent need, and very caring! My interaction with Leslie revealed to me that this clinic genuinely cares about their patients. The entire āStaffā truly care about their patients. I was treated with kindness, compassion, and professionally by the entire staff!
I required treatment and the staff accommodated my needs in a very timely manner, even with a full-patient schedule.
If you are looking for a clinic that is professional, clean, organized, all quotes/receipts printed concise, and understandable, this is the place for you. The staff gives due diligence to insurance information prior to appointment. This office runs smoothly, efficient and with lots of BEAUTIFUL SMILES coming back at the Patient!
My dentist, Dr. MacInnes, and his hygienists exemplify a calm, and caring atmosphere! Dr. MacInnis is gentle, talks to you through the procedure, and cares deeply about the patient issues, precision, and positive outcome of dental work provided. Teeth Cleaning is gentle, but thorough! Eric makes it a positive experience.
