I really enjoyed my service here! I moved to Tampa from Pensacola Florida and needed a new dentist. I had a bad experience at another location and wanted a second opinion. I found their office online and was impressed by the reviews so decided to give them a chance. My service was outstanding from making the appointment to squeezing me in for cleaning when it was only a xray consult. My hygienist that day was awesome forgive me for not having her name! The entire staff was friendly, helpful & professional. I'm sending my husband as a patient now and recommend for anyone to try. Thanks for going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and happy!

Since I can't create a brand new post, I will add on to my previous post from the December appointment. I was very disappointed with my service today on 06/10/20. I don't know if the staff changed since this whole pandemic but I will say I was not happy at all. I came back for my 6 month cleaning and I've been doing this on schedule for the past 29 years. The front staff was not warm and friendly and neither was my hygienist, Felicia, who was much nicer to my husband on his previous visit this week. I have a very high tolerance for pain but this was by far the worst and most painful experience I ever had in my life. The worst cleaning I've ever had in my lifetime! I've lived in 3 different states and been to numerous dental offices but never experienced this much pain. She was in such a rush and felt like she was stabbing the gum line while cleaning every tooth. I even told her I've never had this type of pain before and she completely disregarded my feelings altogether. I don't know if she was able to differentiate plaque from my feeling because she scraped off part of my feeling on the left lower side. When she was done, she wiped my face off with the nasty dental napkin around my neck that is suppose to be used to put plaque on. How disgusting was that!!! I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble but the staff and patients need to hear this so there can be more training, improvement, and this is corrected going forward. This experience has me wanting to find another office but I haven't had any work done by the dentist so I can't discredit him at all. I am a nurse and front line everyday. I take my time and treat all patients the same and I expect that same treatment in other services as well. I praise companies when they do an outstanding job as I have done on my previous post and for other companies but this situation deserves some immediate...

This was the actual worst dentist experience of my life. I arrived at 1:30 PM, completed 30 min worth of paperwork after already spending 20 min on a call scheduling the appt and giving them all my info.

They call me back at 2 PM and inform me that Im not getting my teeth cleaned today, no this is a comprehensive dental exam WITHOUT a cleaning. I didn't ask for that, all I want is a cleaning. They explain I cant have one without the other, and tell me I can wait and do my exam at 4 pm.

So Ive been at this office since 1:30 and won't leave until 5 pm because why?! NEVER IN MY 33 YEARS ON EARTH HAVE MY DENTISTS EVER SEPARATED THOSE TWO APPTS.

Not to mention they wanted to redo all my x-rays and said I hadnt EVER had them done - well that was wrong I had them done literally 6 months ago and SPECIFICALLY THE ONES YOU CAN ONLY HAVE DONE ONCE EVERY 3 YEARS!!!! If they had done my x-rays I would be paying THOUSANDS!!!

This is an insurance scam - DO NOT COME HERE!!! GO ANYWHERE...

I had veneers put in by Dr. Goodarzi. After that, I made him my dentist. He's fabulous!!! I've had fillings with shots, he's great with a needle numbing you topically before giving it. You don't feel a thing. I hate shots, but he's really good. The work he did with my veneers has lasted 10 years and is STILL looking wonderful. I busted one out by trying to open a package with my teeth (stupid) and he went the extra mile to make sure that my new tooth matched my others in color. I can't say enough about him. He's laid back, calm, and has staff that is professional and nice. They chat with you while you get your teeth cleaned, and really seem like they enjoy their patients. Can't ask for more from a family practice. Oh, and most importantly, they are CLEAN...
