In September 2022 I bought a bed and mattress set with its warranty protector at the Kane's furniture store in Brandon location, in April 2023 I start to feel that my mattress is losing inches or is sinking, I called and they came to check, the person only takes the measurements, takes photos and says they will call you, 3 days later I receive the call and they inform me that I needed to lose half an inch more according to their absurd policies and I had to wait at least 3 months for a second inspection in August or September I contact them for the second inspection, again the person comes takes photos, measurements and leaves. 3 days later they informed me that they couldn't do anything for me because my mattress had a stain, a stain that I had to go check during the call because I had removed the mattress protector only twice to wash it and I have never seen a stain. The stain is something minimal that can barely be perceived. I had to check it carefully. In the end they told me that I should complain to the mattress protector. They said they would come and clean the mattress, after calling almost daily and being very poorly attended to by everyone. customer service people, treating me as crazy, as a liar and telling me to stop calling because they couldn't do anything for me. The problem is that my mattress has been sagging since April, affecting my health when I sleep, and I am paying an amount of money. For this mattress, from April to August the inches were not going to appear, it is worse. and this is the whole issue, they want me to get tired and they don't want to respond, supposedly because of a stain that has no explanation, because the protector company couldn't even identify, I need a replacement for my mattress that is affecting my health, and they don't care and I paid a guarantee. A mattress that is barely a year old is impossible to find in this condition. My recommendation is to never buy from this store, you will waste your money, your time and they will treat you terribly.
guess what !! after leaving my review here and them responding that they were trying to reach me to answer questions about my warranty. How did I not receive calls, I called them, of course they did not answer, I left a message on the voicemail and today they called me to inform me that I had to wait 60 more days for a third inspection and measure again because there is still half an inch missing according to their policies. In other words, I must have 60 more days of bad sleep. Thanks kane's. Once again please do not spend your money...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhere do I start without saying how excellent our salesmen was. His name was Jay Gennari. He helped find colors of rugs that would match our furniture and also our couch and tv stand. He took his time but also gave us space like pro to let us look around. The crazy part is we were ready to buy from him and help him with commission but he told us to wait because there would be a bigger sale happening and that would save us and extra $200 and he had also known that we had been working with a guy in Port Charlotte where we were moving to and felt that of course he could have used the commission but believe that the guy Nick should be the one who got our business since he had sold us a table and stuff in Port Charlotte. Jay was fantastic and seriously such a professional. I will be sure when I move officially to port Charlotte to use him u til he transfer to another futniture that he was telling us about in Plant City and then follow him there beacuse it hard to find true genuine people these days with the economy the way it is who arenāt only going to work hard for you but be money greedy. He went above and beyond to make sure that his fellow teammate from the Brandon store got the sale beacuse he already had worked from us and told us a way to talk to Nick so we can save a few extra 100 dollars. I hope everyone meets Jay and gives him there business. Whenever he does leave we will be following him beacuse of how great he was. I felt like family. Not a credible company to deal with. The integrity and reliability of words is awful. Please do not invest your hard earned money in this furniture company. I have not been able to use the USB in the back of the end table.

I really had faith that Kane Furniture would make it right. Not so.
We ordered the Altamonte Black piece from Kaneās furniture in Brandon, FL. Our salesman was Gary Dixon. We invested a lot of money for quality furniture. In June of 2021 we were told our furniture would be delivered 1st on June 12, then June 18th in June 18th we only received only our bed and base no bedroom set. We were then told July 18th was when we would get our Bedroom set. Then we were told the end of July, around the 29th we would get our entertainment center. We then received a text and email that our furniture would be delivered August 21, no furniture and we just received our furniture October 8 and the end table that cost us $249.00 has a broken USB on the back. There was no phone call, no follow up and we have an expensive end table with a broken USB.
We are very disappointed in the service we received. Iām looking for Kaneās Furniture to make this right. People wait a long time for furniture and end up with broken furniture. That is poor...
